Did the first key and purchased the “smooth teeth” upgrade. Apparently the machine ground the teeth so much that the key came out with no teeth and obviously useless. Did a refund immediately and it was easy to get refund confirmation. Then did a second key without purchasing the upgrade and the key still didn’t work when I tested it on the lock. haha. What a waste of time.

Purchased 2 keys and got 1 free. Wanted the key with dog print like it showed on opening screen, but when I started process it wasn’t one of the choices. So I had to get second choice. What I got wasn’t what I really wanted. Very disappointed!

I’m not from here and I locked myself out of my car. I picked King’s because they had the best Google rating, and I am so glad I did. I was driving my husband’s “baby.” The tech was here in 15 minutes and was able to safely open the door in a matter of minutes. I definitely recommend them. And the price was less than I anticipated as well. I hope I never have to use them again, lol, but if I do, at least I’ll know who to call.

I made 4 keys for my new house. They worked well and I was happy that the system keeps a copy of my key on file so if I need to make another copy it will be easy. The value was good, and the keys were made quickly.
