I went to Home Depot and Lowes to try to make a spare key but they weren’t able duplicate it due to the type of key it was. It was a newer type key with a special pattern. I went into Baldino and they were able to make me a spare with no issues. I was in and out in about 5 minutes. Great service. I believe they also do car keys.

I don’t usually give reviews, but I was EXTREMELY disappointed with the service or lack thereof. I called because I needed a locksmith to get into my car. I was told that they could be there 30 minutes which is why I agreed to use their service. I received a text less than 5 minutes before the individual was supposed to arrive saying they changed providers, and I would have to wait an additional hour. I called the support center and though they were pleasant, they weren’t able to provide a direct explanation. They did offer to provide me with frequent updates on the service members location, which I agreed to. Not even 5 minutes after I got off the phone, I received a text message saying they completely canceled my request, and that they could no longer help me because the all of the providers were unavailable. The individuals I spoke to were professional. However, due to the lack of follow through and the fact that they wasted about an hour of my time where I could have reached out to another company, I will not be using or recommending them in the future.

100% recommend this place! I lost the key to my safe and they were able to make me a key very quickly! They are courteous, prompt and get the job done! Not only that, but the kind gentleman carried the heavy safe into my car for me. That was very kind of him considering I had my sleeping infant with me. It’s the little things that really makes a company stand out above others. Go here! You won’t regret it.

Making the key was a little difficult to understand the process at first. The key was made quickly. Once I got home, the key did not work.

My experience with LKS Locksmiths was excellent. My initial call was answered prompt and pleasant. My service requested was at a very fair price. Daniel also made a security recommendation that was also very reasonable in cost which I included in my visit. He was communicative with me via phone call and text prior to his appointment time and he arrived within the timeframe that was given. Daniel completed the service in a tidy and expedient manner. I highly recommend LKS and Daniel for his professional locksmith services. Based on this first time visit, I would definitely utilize this trust worthy company again. Integrity was truly exemplified.

I had never seen a place where you can replicate a key 🔑 by yourself. I had asked a clerk at a store where I was shopping if they knew where I could have a replica key made. The lady behind me spoke up and told me about KeyMe, at Menards; how you do it yourself, and it was so easy! I commented as to whether I thought I could do it, because I usually run into problems when I do things by myself! 😆 But, It WAS easy, and when I tried the keys in my door lock, they worked perfectly! Thank you!

While i felt the keys were expensive at $9 a key, I was in a place where I needed the service so was happy to pay it. Very convenient in the Safeway store in Middleburg, VA and very technologically advanced machine to make keys. Thumbs up! .

I wouldn’t recommend minute key for automobile key replacements. I thought this would be cheaper and more time efficient than dropping the car off with the dealer. I went to the kiosk inside Lowe’s and entered my details. The cost of 2 car keys was $400 dollars. The machine can’t do automobile keys, so you pay and they state they will call you in 1 business day to schedule key delivery and automobile programming. I wondered why I needed to go to the kiosk to begin with vs just ordering online, but that wasn’t an option. As promised, I got a call the next day requesting photos of my keys. I wasn’t with the car so I had to call them back. After calling back and waiting on hold I sent the photos but was told there were questions about my key type they needed to submit a question to tech support. They told me they would call me back but didn’t. Long story short, a week went by, I called at least 4 times waiting on hold each time and I still was not able to secure an appointment or a key. I cancelled the order. I went to a local locksmith who advertised they could do 2 keys and programming for $250. $150 cheaper and they did it on the spot. No waiting. Lesson learned, skip minute key and find a local locksmith who does automobile keys.
