Mike repaired a broken exterior door assembly for us. He was very professional and communicated clearly in advance of his arrival. While onsite, he noticed 3 issues with the door that would solve the problems and recommended another company to help. Mike was most knowledgeable and efficient. Would not hesitate to call on American Lock and Key in the future.

I purchased a car that came with only one key. I ordered a copy online, but it needed to be cut and programmed. I called these guys. They took my info and had a technician call me back with pricing info. I got a call back from the technician in 13 minutes. The tech was here in 20 minutes and finished in 10 minutes. No exaggeration! The best part is that I called 3 other places and all 3 were priced higher and none of them would’ve come to my house!

Had a time slot for between 11-1. At 2:20 still no show no call. I cancelled the service. I’m fed up with contractors and service companies who do not respect our personal time. The fee was $239 to supply and program a spare car key seems high to begin with. Gave them a chance, they failed.

Showed up on a Sunday morning right away. I was not expecting such immediate service. Fixed my front door’s broken thumb knob (turning thingy) that was broken. Then tightened up the rest of the handle and handset. Way faster service than I expected. Super polite. Very reasonable price.
