This key kiosk was very easy to use and took about five minutes…a bit salty $10.57 for one key but it was convenient.

I accidently locked myself out of my townhouse and I was recommended pop a lock from my property manager so i called and they said they could get someone out to me in 45-60 minutes. I said okay and waited outside on my front steps for 70 minutes until I called and asked for a status update. the locksmith called me and turns out, he’s their ONLY locksmith and he told them that he had turned down the the job because he had 2 others ahead of me and they were supposed to let me know but they didn’t. HE THEN GAVE ME A NUMBER TO A DIFFERENT LOCKSMITH COMPANY. I was already severely late to work. I ended up calling National Lock & Key and they had someone out to me in 30 minutes PLUS they kept me informed with their eta.

Great experience. I wish the Kingstowne (22315) Walmart hadn’t moved your kiosk from near the front of the store to nearly “hiding it” back in the Automotive area – the place I affectionately think of as “I come here only 2xs a year max land” when absoltely required…that’s because there’s not nearly enough local Walmart stores of appropriate size and quality for the needs of our area…sigh. I comment because I care.

Glad 2 discover this kiosk bcuz the one at Walmart was broken and apparently had been broken for a while!

Super easy 2 make the key –
Plus it didn’t take much time!
Glad 2 have the discount; it helped me decide 2 buy it from here as opposed 2 wait 4 Walmart kiosk which was a lower price –

They did fantastic work for me. They were able to stop by on short notice. They arrived on time and got the job done quickly. Highly recommended!

I always receive great service from the duke street location. I gentlemen named chris is always there when I go and I have nothing but great experiences every time I have visited this location. He programmed several keys for my unique vehicles and they always worked perfectly. Prices are very fair as well. The dealer wanted double what they charged me.
