I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Baldino’s Lock & Key and specifically the manager Evan! I needed to cut and program a new key fob for my vehicle and Evan was extremely helpful! His customer service was exceptional, he was extremely knowledgeable and up front about cost and the price was amazing – saved me hundreds the dealership was going to charge me! I highly recommend Evan and the Vienna Baldino’s for your vehicle key programming!

Great service, great prices! I lost my car key fob and they were able to replace it for a fraction of what they charge at the dealership. When they ran into trouble programming the key they had in stock, they overnighted a new key and got it working the next day at no additional cost. I hope I don’t need locksmith services again but if I do, I know exactly where to go!

Phenomenal price – actual rating is 4.5 if I could. The only small hesitation was the Smiths demeanor. He was stand-offish and not friendly. Great work for a great price and the smith did go beyond the call of duty to show me how to reprogram the key myself if there was an issue with my aftermarket key.

When I got to Safeway, where this duplication machine is, I was shocked that it would cost $12 to duplicate a single key. However, since I was already there, I did it anyway.

When I tried the key in the lock, it didn’t work. The good news is that KeyMe promptly issued me a full refund. That’s why two stars instead of one.

I subsequently located a similar machine that made working copies for 1/3rd the cost.

I was unfortunate enough to call this location for Mobile Fob duplicate for my 2009 Camry Hybrid, I was told a technician will call me . After an hour
Mohamed called me and asked me details of my needs then he said some one will call me with a price quote and scheduling another hour pasted I call back Mohamed doesn’t know why someone from his company hadn’t called , then he said let me call you back . Another hour pasted now it has 3.5 hours since my first call , so called Mohamed he said
how much do you wanna pay ,then he said how about you pay $350. I was shocked not only with the unreasonable pricing out of the blue but unprofessional and reckless their customer relation is. Please be advised to avoid Keyme at any cost, it doesn’t worth it .
