Zack was great! The texting feature they have is a great customer service tool that I used. I text Zack and the same day he was out fixing my issue. He came out on Christmas Eve and reprogrammed my older key fob so I could have a spare key. He was very polite and explained the entire process with me and explained the pricing which was accurate! I highly recommend Zack and the company Keysmart Locksmith LLC.

I experienced the QUICKEST and BEST customer service. My call was answered on the first try and I received next day assistance in getting an entire doorknob replaced while being able to keep the same keys. I would recommend over and over again!

This team is amazing! I was working in the Tappahannock area and needed a locksmith. Many I called could not support the rekeying needed to be done on a commercial property. When looking to match keys to doors/locks one key worked. Inspecting the key I noticed a phone number. It was “The Locksmith” so I called. Their understanding on needs and the urgency was absolutely clear. They were onsite in an hour, repairs and replacements for 5 locks all keyed identical was completed in 2 hours. Amazing performance and cost! Highly recommend this team! Excellence at a very fair price!

My experience with LKS Locksmiths was excellent. My initial call was answered prompt and pleasant. My service requested was at a very fair price. Daniel also made a security recommendation that was also very reasonable in cost which I included in my visit. He was communicative with me via phone call and text prior to his appointment time and he arrived within the timeframe that was given. Daniel completed the service in a tidy and expedient manner. I highly recommend LKS and Daniel for his professional locksmith services. Based on this first time visit, I would definitely utilize this trust worthy company again. Came into town for the holiday and we accidentally locked ourselves out of the cabin we rented. The owner did not live nearby and no other key close by. We were leaving the next morning on a Sunday. Called Mountain State Lock and the owner was 100 miles away but said he could stop after and help me out. Price was great and service was great. Definitely saved the day.

I am disappointed in the service I received. Jenkins came highly recommended to me by several people. When I made an appointment to have one lock rekeyed and to replace another with a keyless entry device I bought, I waited three weeks. I was uncomfortable waiting that long since others had keys to the house I now occupy, but I waited. The locksmith was very professional and on time. However, he did not know how to program my keypad. There are instructions, but I thought by telling the scheduler the type of lock I had, Jenkins would send someone who knows how to program them as part of customer service. When I called to inquire today, I was told 1) if I wanted someone there earlier, I could have scheduled it as a lockout (more expensive) but no one told me that when I made the appointment, and 2) if I want someone to come out to assist with the keypad, it’s $60/hour for someone else who has that skill. No thanks. They should have sent someone with that skill in the first place, and it would have been part of the hourly rate I was changed then. Beyond that, the woman on the phone talked over me the entire call until I asked her not to, and to please let me complete a sentence. She let me finish, then said she was trying to tell me something. Yes, she was, by talking over me. I had a terrible customer service experience, and will never use them again. read less

Called last night because an elderly neighbor was locked out of his house and asked for help locating a locksmith. Initially they were helpful and even helped us through some communication issues (language barriers).
