I highly recommend the service at this location. I needed car key copy with two key fob programmed. And the owner took care of me promptly and at a great price. I will definitely use them again.

I had to contact Buckleys because my office door at work was mistakenly locked with my keys on the other side of the door. Buckleys was quick and arrived in 30 minutes. The customer service was great. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because I feel that 330 dollars was a bit much just for the tech to use a close hanger type tool and it literally only took him 30 seconds (no exaggeration). The tech was professional and polite.

He answered my call immediately and we scheduled a time. He showed up ahead of time and went right to work.

He kept me informed on the process and progress and when he was done, I was able to drive my truck again. Good, local service by a good local man.

After several visits over 6 months or so, I’m prompted to leave a review. It seems to be a rare retail store that serves up such friendly and knowledgeable customer service these days. Each visit ive been helped to find what I need or even directed to another local business that could help. The employees are above helpful and ive left each time with a smile.

Total rip off, promised to repair head gasket, held the car for 3 weeks then said they couldn’t get to it for 3 months. Raised the charges 70% (so no work done) then charged $170 for a round trip tow of 1.4 miles. Under staffed and lack professional standards. When you tow it to the shop to do the work then Fail to do the work and charge a tow back to my house, I call that a ripoff.
