I had an issue with my Jeep Grand Cherokee fob. Upon my brother’s recommendation I went to B& D Lock Company and received the BEST service. What a great customer experience! Just an awesome team that cares about their customers and does top notch work. We needed to have all of our locks replaced and a few additional ones added. Damien took my initial call, and also worked with me when I stopped by in person. He was so personable and helpful, and really set the tone by making such a great first impression. Then Natalie was wonderful with getting me scheduled in a timely manner – really took the time to understand my needs and estimate the job time. Isaac, the tech, was punctual, polite, detail oriented, and thorough. He did an amazing job replacing all my locks and making sure they operated to my satisfaction. It was clear that everyone involved took pride in what they do and care about the customer. One of the best customer experiences I’ve ever had – possibly THE best!

The keys didn’t work but the refund process was fairly painless once I got someone on the phone. I ended up just going to a locksmith which I probably should have done in the first place as they were closer. Key cost was about the same but Minute Key did offer buy 2 get one free so if you are getting three keys it might be a good solution for you.
