My brother called KeyMe after getting locked out of his car. The person he spoke with said someone would call him within a few minutes to coordinate a meeting spot. We made the call at 7:00 PM — and after hours of waiting with no response, we finally received a text at 10:30 PM saying they couldn’t help him. I honestly don’t understand why anyone would rely on KeyMe. This experience was incredibly frustrating, unreliable, and reflects very poorly on how they do business.

Not sure if this is the normal schedule or a recent change, but the shop wasn’t open on Saturday. I stopped by around 10:30 AM and it was completely closed—lights off and the door locked. The sign on the door says they should be open, and the automated phone message says the same. I spoke with someone (likely an emergency dispatcher) who also confirmed the store should be open. They said they would relay my message, but I never heard back.

I’m a Realtor and don’t have time to waste running back and forth to make sure key copies work at homes for my clients or potential home buyers. Baldino’s consistently makes keys that work. If this is the standard they set, I’m sure all their other products are of high value as well.

Using the kiosk was very easy. I chose a key pattern from the variety available that needed to be shipped to me and delivery was within the expected 3-5 business days. I would use again and would definitely recommend.

I cannot say enough good things about this place! Their cost to replace my car key was already going to be super affordable, but when I happened to find the key while they were already working on a new one, they didn’t even charge me a fee for coming to my home or for their time spent on it. Same-day service and very kind workers. If I ever lose another key, I know who I’ll be calling. So impressed!

Workout a doubt the most horrible experience. I got a quote in advance to drill a lock – $95-$135. When the tech arrived he tried to charge me $575 to drill the lock. He finally agreed to drill the lock for $135 but insulted me the entire time he worked (took him 10 Minutes). He called me cheap, he said I was a bad man, and he asked if I wanted him to sleep in our business since he made no money. Just don’t use these guys.!
