So last week I broke the key to my car in half which was a chipped key for a 2009 pontiac G6 and this business and its wonderful employees turned a terrible incident into an awesome experience got my key replaced in under 30 minutes and a duplicate plus a new fob so now I have too full sets keys and fobs no more worry about no spare telling you give a call they’ll get you back to good vibes before you know it. The woman that ran the shop is just awesome informative friendly quick and best of all no issues. A+++++++ EXCELLENT JOB keep up that great work!

Mike repaired a broken exterior door assembly for us. He was very professional and communicated clearly in advance of his arrival. While onsite, he noticed 3 issues with the door that would solve the problems and recommended another company to help. Mike was most knowledgeable and efficient. Would not hesitate to call on American Lock and Key in the future.

The school is wonderful and Tim is fantastic. It’s something that could easily be taught at a university. I highly enjoyed the class. Tim was thorough and extremely friendly. I am so glad I picked School of Lock!

PS- It’s a very hands on class, which is perfect for this type of work.

We had a great experience with this Dominion Lock & Security! They were able to squeeze us into their schedule on short notice and offered a very reasonable price, which we truly appreciated.

The technician was professional, efficient, and highly skilled. She quickly resolved our issues and even fixed a few quirky things around our home, including correcting an upside-down doorknob and adding strike plates to a door that was missing them. Her attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile did not go unnoticed.

David was accidentally my first call following a disappointing conversation with my Liberty’s Cannon, “lifetime safe warranty”, concierge. I learned that my 08/2020 purchase from Tractor Supply in Powhatan, VA, was no longer warranted or supported in any way. My guidance was, “call a lock smith, and good luck”. I spoke with several professionals, and found David to be the most honest and trustworthy person throughout.
