I cannot say enough good things about this place! Their cost to replace my car key was already going to be super affordable, but when I happened to find the key while they were already working on a new one, they didn’t even charge me a fee for coming to my home or for their time spent on it. Same-day service and very kind workers. If I ever lose another key, I know who I’ll be calling. So impressed!

Excellent service from start to finish

I had a wonderful experience with this company. Junior from Customer Service was incredibly helpful and clear from the very beginning. He explained the whole process in a professional and friendly way, which gave me a lot of peace of mind.

The technician, Shepard, came to change the lock and did an outstanding job. He was respectful, responsible, and efficient—he got everything done quickly and with great attention to detail.

I’m very happy with the service I received and would absolutely hire them again in the future. Highly recommended!

Best shopping experience! I worked with Jim to pick out a smoker for my husband’s birthday. Jim spent so much time and helped me find the perfect model. The store even assembles and delivers for no additional charge!

The hardware shop looks great, too, but I mainly focused on the amazing collection of grills and smokers.

Highly recommend!

I asked 5 times how much is the price. Each time I was told $90-$130 over the phone after being asked to send a picture of the door knob. As soon as the locksmith got to my door he changed the price to $160. Very poor customer service. The knob was broken to remove it. Yes, I was able get in.

I accidently locked myself out of my townhouse and I was recommended pop a lock from my property manager so i called and they said they could get someone out to me in 45-60 minutes. I said okay and waited outside on my front steps for 70 minutes until I called and asked for a status update. the locksmith called me and turns out, he’s their ONLY locksmith and he told them that he had turned down the the job because he had 2 others ahead of me and they were supposed to let me know but they didn’t. HE THEN GAVE ME A NUMBER TO A DIFFERENT LOCKSMITH COMPANY. I was already severely late to work. I ended up calling National Lock & Key and they had someone out to me in 30 minutes PLUS they kept me informed with their eta.

I always receive great service from the duke street location. I gentlemen named chris is always there when I go and I have nothing but great experiences every time I have visited this location. He programmed several keys for my unique vehicles and they always worked perfectly. Prices are very fair as well. The dealer wanted double what they charged me.

I used your machine at Walmart I was scared at first and it wouldn’t make the keys fit like other machines at other stores we used before.
But, all my keys fit perfectly no issues at all. The machine was easy to use and the keys popped right out!
Plus I liked it more because you could buy 2 and get one free!
The experience was awesome!

The machine took my $3 and did not make the key, It cancelled the transaction after I inserted 3 $1 bills. I am requesting a refund. Very frustrated with this contraption that steals peoples money.
