This key kiosk was very easy to use and took about five minutes…a bit salty $10.57 for one key but it was convenient.

For the convenience I did’t mind the cost of getting a house key made, even if it was about twice as much as getting one from a big box store. What was annoying was wanting me to pay an additional $3 to get the sharp edges smoothed out.

Eastern Safe & Lock was able to get a locksmith to come out the next day after scheduling which was much appreciated. The pricing for rekeying two locks was reasonable, and Cody, the locksmith, did a great job rekeying my front door locks in a quick and timely manner. I would readily recommend and reuse this company for any future locksmithing needs.

100% recommend this place! I lost the key to my safe and they were able to make me a key very quickly! They are courteous, prompt and get the job done! Not only that, but the kind gentleman carried the heavy safe into my car for me. That was very kind of him considering I had my sleeping infant with me. It’s the little things that really makes a company stand out above others. Go here! You won’t regret it.

I cannot say enough good things about this place! Their cost to replace my car key was already going to be super affordable, but when I happened to find the key while they were already working on a new one, they didn’t even charge me a fee for coming to my home or for their time spent on it. Same-day service and very kind workers. If I ever lose another key, I know who I’ll be calling. So impressed!

Great experience. I wish the Kingstowne (22315) Walmart hadn’t moved your kiosk from near the front of the store to nearly “hiding it” back in the Automotive area – the place I affectionately think of as “I come here only 2xs a year max land” when absoltely required…that’s because there’s not nearly enough local Walmart stores of appropriate size and quality for the needs of our area…sigh. I comment because I care.

I accidently locked myself out of my townhouse and I was recommended pop a lock from my property manager so i called and they said they could get someone out to me in 45-60 minutes. I said okay and waited outside on my front steps for 70 minutes until I called and asked for a status update. the locksmith called me and turns out, he’s their ONLY locksmith and he told them that he had turned down the the job because he had 2 others ahead of me and they were supposed to let me know but they didn’t. HE THEN GAVE ME A NUMBER TO A DIFFERENT LOCKSMITH COMPANY. I was already severely late to work. I ended up calling National Lock & Key and they had someone out to me in 30 minutes PLUS they kept me informed with their eta.
