Key worked as it should, however I don’t think it’s appropriate to charge 2.00 extra to clean the metal shavings off of the key, I believe that is part of customer service and safety precaution.

Cancelling their service has been a fight for just get a refund back, have spent 3 hours on hold, then serval hours after that waiting for them to “process” something, then never refunded my account. i’m getting tired of this from them if they can not fix their will be issues.

We have used Paul professionally dozens and dozens of times, with the services ranging from security re-programming, chip key replacement, lock cylinder reflashing, etc. and he has always been punctual, courteous, and fair. I’m not sure why we deleted my review, maybe to hide the reality of what happened. However i’m going to tell people the truth, i spent 3 hours in the phone then another 2 on 2 separate phones trying to process a refund that they seemingly dint know how to give me, i emailed them twice with no helpful answer. I had spent 132 out of pocket before the service which was outrageous already but then to have to wait for three days for my money to be returned is outrageous. i do not recommend for anyone to use this.

What a deceiving piece of equipment. DO NOT USE THIS DEVICE!!!! Charged me 10.00 for one key. If you’re not careful and push the wrong button, you could possibly pay 25.00 per key.
Tried do get my money back and was told they don’t do that.
