Above and Beyond: Manager Jay is a Lifesaver!
I cannot recommend Arlington Lock highly enough, especially after the exceptional experience I had with the manager, Jay. My visit was due to a stressful and unforeseen small accident that left me completely stranded at the front door of their office for the majority of the day.

Jay immediately recognized my distress and stepped in as a true advocate. After several calls and his personal, dedicated assistance, we were successfully able to get my car started via a jump. His immediate focus was not just on the technical problem, but on my well-being. He was incredibly attentive, concerned, and went far beyond the typical scope of customer service to ensure I was safe and taken care of.

The kindness extended beyond Jay, as the entire office staff was friendly and made sure I was okay throughout the ordeal. A special thank you to Lawrence who even extended lunch for purchase—a small gesture that made a huge difference in my long day.

Despite the difficult circumstances, it was genuinely a pleasure spending time there. While waiting, I watched Jay engage with every single customer, providing stellar service with precision and care. His attention to detail in identifying problems and providing timely resolutions was evident in every interaction. Although my primary need that day was emergency roadside help, If I did need to have keys made and will, without a doubt, recommend Arlington Lock highly for their technical expertise and truly human kindness.

I was unfortunate enough to call this location for Mobile Fob duplicate for my 2009 Camry Hybrid, I was told a technician will call me . After an hour
Mohamed called me and asked me details of my needs then he said some one will call me with a price quote and scheduling another hour pasted I call back Mohamed doesn’t know why someone from his company hadn’t called , then he said let me call you back . Another hour pasted now it has 3.5 hours since my first call , so called Mohamed he said
how much do you wanna pay ,then he said how about you pay $350. I was shocked not only with the unreasonable pricing out of the blue but unprofessional and reckless their customer relation is. Please be advised to avoid Keyme at any cost, it doesn’t worth it .

Jacob came out to fix my front door locks and deadbolt yesterday. He did an amazing job, spent extra time to get it precisely adjusted. He did not charge me for that extra time. He was also delightful to work with and very professional. I will definitely be a repeat customer in the future. I highly recommend them!!!

I cannot say enough good things about this place! Their cost to replace my car key was already going to be super affordable, but when I happened to find the key while they were already working on a new one, they didn’t even charge me a fee for coming to my home or for their time spent on it. Same-day service and very kind workers. If I ever lose another key, I know who I’ll be calling. So impressed!

Getting the key made at the kiosk cost about as much as at a Home Depot or hardware store, and the 3rd key free was an unexpected surprise. All 3 keys I purchased worked flawlessly in our locks. I would use this service again.

The copied key didn’t even work. You could look at the copy and the original and tell that they were not cut evenly. The company also charges around 15 bucks and makes you wait for the copy in the mail. Service is definitely not worth it. Go to home depot and get an instant copy for much less
