Called 3 times for a key told me it was instock, changed the price when I got there and then told I must have the vehicle there. After I explained to them I needed the second key for a Passive antitheft relearn witch makes the cars undeliverable until done. Also incredibly rude staff if I could give a 0 I would.

They did not speak when I, the customer , came in and greeted them upon entry. He didn’t respond to anything I was trying to ask even after I
requested two house keys to be duplicated and explained how far I had to travel to even find a decent place to do it since I live in a very small town with little to no locksmiths available in the area.
He purposely messed up a simple house key when you can clearly see that it is not cut correctly and it is very sloppy work. They do not allow cash refunds so if he messes up, he’s not going to give you a refund even though that should be an option, especially if you know you’re not the best at what you do so of course people will be requesting a refund. It’s a scam when a business specifically says no cash refund. Very strange.

Snapped off a key in a padlock that was already set up with multiple keys. They could have just said “tough luck” and tried to sell me a new lock. It took some work, but they kept at it…even when I felt like it wasn’t worth messing with. Great, friendly service. I’ve been coming here for years and have never had a bad experience.
