So last week I broke the key to my car in half which was a chipped key for a 2009 pontiac G6 and this business and its wonderful employees turned a terrible incident into an awesome experience got my key replaced in under 30 minutes and a duplicate plus a new fob so now I have too full sets keys and fobs no more worry about no spare telling you give a call they’ll get you back to good vibes before you know it. The woman that ran the shop is just awesome informative friendly quick and best of all no issues. A+++++++ EXCELLENT JOB keep up that great work!

Amazing customer service. The response was instant and the staff was great to work with. Knowledgeable about all types of keys (old and new). Great selection of key fobs and keys.

After speaking with staff about home security, they are now re-keying my home.

I had paid them to come and create me a set of keys because I have lost mines. They came and did just that and now I realized my top lock does not work. Yesterday I went by there and showed him a video of my lock not working. He came to look at it and claimed it was not working before he worked on it. Mind you I have been living here for a few years and never had a problem with neither Locke till he came and worked on it. Then going to tell me he not working for free and to place a money order. But sir before u even worked on it, it was perfectly fine. Moral of the story my Locke was working before I paid him to work on it.

Pro-Keys Locksmith provided excellent service today. I have asked him to jump start my car if he can and also ended up getting a new key shell. They completed both tasks very quickly and the pricing was completely transparent and fair. They did not speak when I, the customer , came in and greeted them upon entry. He didn’t respond to anything I was trying to ask even after I
requested two house keys to be duplicated and explained how far I had to travel to even find a decent place to do it since I live in a very small town with little to no locksmiths available in the area.
He purposely messed up a simple house key when you can clearly see that it is not cut correctly and it is very sloppy work. They do not allow cash refunds so if he messes up, he’s not going to give you a refund even though that should be an option, especially if you know you’re not the best at what you do so of course people will be requesting a refund. It’s a scam when a business specifically says no cash refund. Very strange.
