We reached out over a month ago to get a key fab door access with electronic door lock installed for our gym. We got strong along for over a month by there employee Skyler even after following their requests for pictures and videos to help figure install out. Then just completely ghosted when we tried to follow up after they said they would get back to us. Didn’t have a chance to even get a tech in to get a quote. 0/10 customer service experience.

Called around to figure out if a van that we purchased had remote keys available. Others wanted to either replace the whole system or set up a service. One of the places said that Key Kopy might be able to help me. I walked in and he came out to see my van, went back in and within less than 5 minutes had remotes programmed for our van! Great service, great price! Very happy – made my day! Now I have 2 remotes to access my van. Thank you!

UPDATE: I am pleased to announce that after purchasing another fob from a different locksmith, I have yet to have any technical difficulties with remote start, locking or unlocking my vehicle using my REPLACEMENT fob in over a year!!!

Imagine leaving your vehicle running locking the door with the fob upon exiting and go to get back into your vehicle and the fob doesn’t work!!!! Well that’s what happens when you listen to THE KEY GUY Mr I didn’t sell you a defective key fob.

After getting a YELP notification that the owner responded I had to respond!

So last week I broke the key to my car in half which was a chipped key for a 2009 pontiac G6 and this business and its wonderful employees turned a terrible incident into an awesome experience got my key replaced in under 30 minutes and a duplicate plus a new fob so now I have too full sets keys and fobs no more worry about no spare telling you give a call they’ll get you back to good vibes before you know it. The woman that ran the shop is just awesome informative friendly quick and best of all no issues. A+++++++ EXCELLENT JOB keep up that great work!

The keys work great, but the price is too expensive $7.39 per key!!!. And one key was over $9 just because I had it smoothed down! That’s to much money!!!

They did not speak when I, the customer , came in and greeted them upon entry. He didn’t respond to anything I was trying to ask even after I
requested two house keys to be duplicated and explained how far I had to travel to even find a decent place to do it since I live in a very small town with little to no locksmiths available in the area.
He purposely messed up a simple house key when you can clearly see that it is not cut correctly and it is very sloppy work. They do not allow cash refunds so if he messes up, he’s not going to give you a refund even though that should be an option, especially if you know you’re not the best at what you do so of course people will be requesting a refund. It’s a scam when a business specifically says no cash refund. Very strange.
