Mike repaired a broken exterior door assembly for us. He was very professional and communicated clearly in advance of his arrival. While onsite, he noticed 3 issues with the door that would solve the problems and recommended another company to help. Mike was most knowledgeable and efficient. Had a time slot for between 11-1. At 2:20 still no show no call. I cancelled the service. I’m fed up with contractors and service companies who do not respect our personal time. The fee was $239 to supply and program a spare car key seems high to begin with. Gave them a chance, they failed.

So last week I broke the key to my car in half which was a chipped key for a 2009 pontiac G6 and this business and its wonderful employees turned a terrible incident into an awesome experience got my key replaced in under 30 minutes and a duplicate plus a new fob so now I have too full sets keys and fobs no more worry about no spare telling you give a call they’ll get you back to good vibes before you know it. The woman that ran the shop is just awesome informative friendly quick and best of all no issues. A+++++++ EXCELLENT JOB keep up that great work!

David was accidentally my first call following a disappointing conversation with my Liberty’s Cannon, “lifetime safe warranty”, concierge. I learned that my 08/2020 purchase from Tractor Supply in Powhatan, VA, was no longer warranted or supported in any way. My guidance was, “call a lock smith, and good luck”. We had a great experience with this Dominion Lock & Security! They were able to squeeze us into their schedule on short notice and offered a very reasonable price, which we truly appreciated.

The technician was professional, efficient, and highly skilled. She quickly resolved our issues and even fixed a few quirky things around our home, including correcting an upside-down doorknob and adding strike plates to a door that was missing them. Her attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile did not go unnoticed.

On February 12, I contacted my roadside assistance through Allstate due to a flat tire. When the female driver and her companion arrived, they began removing the tire. During the process, her companion scraped my rim against the curb, causing visible damage. I immediately alerted them that my rim was being scratched.

The driver responded in a rude and defensive manner, claiming that the scratches were already there. However, these scratches were not pre-existing. I have video footage taken prior to her arrival that clearly shows the condition of the rim and confirms the damage occurred during their service.

The driver also reprimanded me for not requesting a tow truck because of the vehicle’s proximity to the curb. It is unreasonable to expect a customer to determine whether specialized equipment is needed. If the situation required a tow truck due to the vehicle’s position, that assessment should have been made by the service professional—not placed on the customer.

Instead of taking responsibility for the damage caused by her companion, the driver instructed me to file a claim with my insurance and continued to make dismissive and unprofessional remarks.

Cousins is refusing to take accountability and accused me of being dishonest despite the fact I provided video/photo with timestamps.
