Called to get a quote for changing my locks on my front door. The gentleman told me that his brother was going to give me a call which he did in a timely manner. Spoke to Sean which was the brother and I explained what I wanted and we discussed numbers over the phone after sending him photos of what I originally had. I was adamant to get it done today and he informed me that he was able to do that. That was what I wanted plus the price was good for me as well. He arrived when he said he would and took a moment to explain to me the new locks. I was impressed with how they operated and was more functional than what I originally had. While replacing the locks he noticed my door hinges were off and even took time to get the front door to be in lined. After he was done I checked everything out and even spoke to him about other projections in the near future. If you want to replace any locks or even program keys for your vehicle I would recommend this company. His work was efficient and going above just standard with his craft.

Workout a doubt the most horrible experience. I got a quote in advance to drill a lock – $95-$135. When the tech arrived he tried to charge me $575 to drill the lock. He finally agreed to drill the lock for $135 but insulted me the entire time he worked (took him 10 Minutes). He called me cheap, he said I was a bad man, and he asked if I wanted him to sleep in our business since he made no money. Just don’t use these guys.!

Great local lock shop. Fast, easy key service — forget those kiosks. I came in to get keys made for my truck and Ray cut them on the spot. Highly recommend.

Not sure if this is the normal schedule or a recent change, but the shop wasn’t open on Saturday. I stopped by around 10:30 AM and it was completely closed—lights off and the door locked. The sign on the door says they should be open, and the automated phone message says the same. I spoke with someone (likely an emergency dispatcher) who also confirmed the store should be open. They said they would relay my message, but I never heard back.

When the kiosk works, it’s fine, but after getting a false sense of security, I had several keys made at once and none of the keys worked – and they make the process for getting a refund VERY difficult. I’ll stick with hand made from now on. Use at your own risk!

Zono (+ the team here) were able to copy my Mustang’s key for a spare—complete with electronics and the emergency hard copy. He knew right what to do! They’re clearly very knowledgeable, as well as personable, quick, and local to me. The keys are near identical, and coming here saved me the dealership’s markup I would have to pay just for the pony logo. Thanks again!

My brother called KeyMe after getting locked out of his car. The person he spoke with said someone would call him within a few minutes to coordinate a meeting spot. We made the call at 7:00 PM — and after hours of waiting with no response, we finally received a text at 10:30 PM saying they couldn’t help him. I honestly don’t understand why anyone would rely on KeyMe. This experience was incredibly frustrating, unreliable, and reflects very poorly on how they do business.

Less than 24 hours before my appointment, I spoke with the office and confirmed as well as with the technician. I was even communicating with the technician providing pictures required. My appointment was canceled claiming that they tried to reach out to me to confirm… What is the point of scheduling and confirming with the technician less than 24 hours before the appointment, if I have to do it again the next day? Furthermore, if your business is so loosely organized that you required daily confirmations, perhaps inform your customers of that so they can expect your call.
