Dorian was friendly and super quick with programming my 2011 Chevy Silverado key fob. Amazing to see them grow as a company from my first experience with them about 5 or so yrs back. really good honest people making life easier! My alarm would go off using my key without my key fob. It’s So much peace of mind not waking my neighbors up at 5am with my alarm 😆.
For a fair price! . Won’t regret.

They did not speak when I, the customer , came in and greeted them upon entry. He didn’t respond to anything I was trying to ask even after I
requested two house keys to be duplicated and explained how far I had to travel to even find a decent place to do it since I live in a very small town with little to no locksmiths available in the area.
He purposely messed up a simple house key when you can clearly see that it is not cut correctly and it is very sloppy work. They do not allow cash refunds so if he messes up, he’s not going to give you a refund even though that should be an option, especially if you know you’re not the best at what you do so of course people will be requesting a refund. It’s a scam when a business specifically says no cash refund. Very strange.

Initially I did the locksmith near me and called from that list. All of those were call centers that were not helpful. MD Lock Doc was the only one that answered his own phone. Mitch gave me a price over the phone and was at the house in 30 minutes. He had my truck unlocked in less than a minute.
Very friendly, reliable, and most of all, the best price!
I’m keeping his number and highly recommend him!

Keys work great first time I didn’t have to take them back. I’ll be making some more. A little more than I expected to pay but it’s been a long time since I had keys made.

Keys did not fit. Walmart is unable to provide a refund. I have to contact the people in charge of the machine. This is unsat. I highly recommend that anybody thinking about using one of these key machines give it a second thought and find a locksmith instead.

The gentlemen who helped me with cutting a backup key for my Prius key fob were super helpful. They even met me outside the office in order to prevent me from having to bring my screaming infant daughter inside. They made us feel welcome and even helped us double check that their work was effective. Their prices are very reasonable. They clearly prioritize customer experience and honesty.
