My car key randomly snapped one evening after an 8 hour shift at work. I had to use a wrench to drive my car, and was not particularly comfortable with the situation. My Dad wanted to help, so he did some research and found this location near Danville, VA. I called, and was kindly greeted and promptly given an appointment. At the appointment, the locksmith realized that they’d have to order the stub for my key since it was for an older Volkswagen vehicle. He ordered the part and got me in less than a week later for the final rekeying / fix. It works great, didn’t cost too much, and everyone I met was incredibly kind.

Recently had some extra automotive keys made at O.F. Newman. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Brandon and all the staff are very professional, friendly and courteous. We contacted Southern Smart Security today and the technician, Alan came out within the hour. He took care of a locking mechanism issue with a safe and also made me a set of keys for my car, while he was there. Alan was very polite and professional. He is definitely the man to call!

I called over 12 hrs ago. The you g lady that answered was friendly enough, that’s the ONLY reason for the one star. She asked me info and my car and the assistance I needed and said a technician would call me soon to make sure my “phone line was open”. It’s almost 14 hrs later and still no phone call. It threw me off a little when I called the number and it was a Texas number, then when I didn’t get receive a call, I looked at the reviews (guess I should have done that first, but when you’re desperately in need of help) and I’m thinking that maybe this business is just a scam, a front for something else. Definitely something off when a business doesn’t want to make a few hundred bucks.

I love the ability to walk right into Lowe’s and make my own key without having to find a customer service technician. There is even a large selection of patterns and colors to choose from which makes fumbling in the dark for your house key a thing of the past. The instructions are clear and the process takes less than 15 minutes.

The Repair Guy, Mike Harbour, Was Extremely polite & efficient with his time on repairing my multi-point deadbolt door. He was very patient with me as I asked a lot of questions even after the door was repaired & I was very happy with how fast He was able to do the job & still be patient with me & polite & professional all at the same time. If you ever have any problems with any of your doors, don’t fool with any of the rest.
