Jacob came out to fix my front door locks and deadbolt yesterday. He did an amazing job, spent extra time to get it precisely adjusted. He did not charge me for that extra time. He was also delightful to work with and very professional. I will definitely be a repeat customer in the future. I highly recommend them!!!

There was an older guy who was annoyed and rude because we were trying to figure out what key we wanted. Said that we were a huge waste of time. Worst customer service and did not explain things clearly.

Called to get my house unlocked. They hung up on me several times. They charged me $150 and then cancelled. I was not updated on the cancelation. I still have not see the money come back to my bank account.

The customer service was good, But they transferred the call to a technician or something. He gave me a high price and I just told him the other companies are doing it for cheaper he literally told me “call them” and hung up. If this is the reaction i get for asking and estimate, i can just imagine to deal with them in person.

I was expecting to make just 1 key, but was made to get 2. I tried to get just 1 and the machine didn’t allow me to. Even though I was given a 3rd key for free, I didn’t want 3 keys, all I needed was just one key.

Their ad says key duplication, so l thought they had a shop in Woodbridge. I called to see what their hours were and when a lady answered she asked what key service l needed, l said l just needed a duplicate key made. She said we don’t send a locksmith out just for that, l said, l was just asking for your shop hours so l could get a key made. She interrupted me and said you will have to call someone else, we don’t do that, then she hung up. (*Apparently unlike they advertise they don’t cut keys, they only send out locksmiths*) I was looking for a locksmith shop because the Home Depot and Lowes or my local Hardware store do not have the key blank for my old dead bolt lock. What Services l received “None”. Not even the name of another Locksmith Shop that has a shop……🙄

Key worked well. Was sharp but I did not pay for upgrade. Only 2 choices for same time pick up. Lots of choices for shipping. If you just need a quick basic key it’s quick and convenient. If you more choices right away go got your local hardware store. It’s also cheaper there. Overall I’m happy enough to write a review.

100% recommend this place! I lost the key to my safe and they were able to make me a key very quickly! They are courteous, prompt and get the job done! Not only that, but the kind gentleman carried the heavy safe into my car for me. That was very kind of him considering I had my sleeping infant with me. It’s the little things that really makes a company stand out above others. Go here! You won’t regret it.
