Not sure if this is the normal schedule or a recent change, but the shop wasn’t open on Saturday. I stopped by around 10:30 AM and it was completely closed—lights off and the door locked. The sign on the door says they should be open, and the automated phone message says the same. I spoke with someone (likely an emergency dispatcher) who also confirmed the store should be open. They said they would relay my message, but I never heard back.

Workout a doubt the most horrible experience. I got a quote in advance to drill a lock – $95-$135. When the tech arrived he tried to charge me $575 to drill the lock. He finally agreed to drill the lock for $135 but insulted me the entire time he worked (took him 10 Minutes). He called me cheap, he said I was a bad man, and he asked if I wanted him to sleep in our business since he made no money. Just don’t use these guys.!

We have used Paul professionally dozens and dozens of times, with the services ranging from security re-programming, chip key replacement, lock cylinder reflashing, etc. and he has always been punctual, courteous, and fair. When the kiosk works, it’s fine, but after getting a false sense of security, I had several keys made at once and none of the keys worked – and they make the process for getting a refund VERY difficult. I’ll stick with hand made from now on. Use at your own risk!

I always receive great service from the duke street location. I gentlemen named chris is always there when I go and I have nothing but great experiences every time I have visited this location. He programmed several keys for my unique vehicles and they always worked perfectly. Prices are very fair as well. The dealer wanted double what they charged me.
