I had an issue with my Jeep Grand Cherokee fob. Upon my brother’s recommendation I went to B& D Lock Company and received the BEST service. Frank first helped me and the additional team assisted my problem too! Within a few minutes I had a new fob that was programmed, ready to go! Fast efficient and knowledgeable service! The kiosk I used is located in the nearby Kroger in Vinton VA. I had to make copies of my new house keys, and everyone wanted different designs. The kiosk was easy to use, reasonably priced, and a good variety of color and pattern options. I had no issues with the keys when I came home and tested them out. The only reason for 4 star is that everything went as it should, and not contact the company or talking to a human, there was nothing that made it more than a good solid purchase of good product. And I understand that as a 4. They did send a text after to ensure all was well and included their contact info, which was nice, and could be helpful of any problems, but I had none.

Recently discovered these guys…as a facility technician at a manufacturing plant, we’ve been struggling to find door parts and service. Travis and his technician have taken very good care of us! They are able to get us the parts we need and the service is quick, friendly and above the call of duty! Highly recommend!
