I paid $10 for a key copy and then got talked into paying an extra $2+ “to ensure accuracy.” Excuse me? You mean accuracy isn’t included in the first ten bucks?

Well, guess what? After paying my little “accuracy tax,” the key still didn’t work.

Now I’m out twelve bucks, still locked out, and the “spare key for real estate agents to tour the home” became a metal prop the poor realtor had to hold while waiting for me to show up and unlock the door myself.

Two days prior to moving cross country and shipping my car, I realized my spare key was missing. Denise gave me a call shortly after I left a voicemail and was able to help me get a spare on the same day for a very fair price! So grateful for their help… Highly recommend this place!

My key broke and I didn’t have a back up. Luckily I used the key hero app which works with minute key. I was able to print a new key from the previous scan I had made of it. All my keys are saved and I can share them if I’m not around and someone needs a copy. It’s so easy
