Very simple process with clear instructions. However, idk how this is supposed to open any door. Unable to speak to a live person or report any issues with the machine, soooo it gets 1 star. ½ a star for the quality, and ½ a star for the lack of customer service!

Locked my keys in the car today. Didn’t think it was possible with today’s keyfobs, but there we were, keys staring at me from the cupholder. Made it clear I didn’t need a new set of keys made, just a pop open. KeyMe quoted a price of $180 for a base Dodge. The best part? I was literally stuck in the exact same shopping center that they are located in! They could have walked to me. Lady said I could save $20 if I booked now. Uh, ma’am, it would be cheaper and more satisfying for me to bust out this tiny back vent window than to pay you $160-180 to walk 500 feet for less than 5 minutes worth of work. This would have been a $75 in the major metropolitan city I am from. I ended up calling a wrecker to do it for less than half. Please call KeyMe if you like being gouged in a time of need. Otherwise, call a wrecker service.
