James at Tri-Cities Lock and Safe was AMAZING! We had him go to a house that we were selling to change out the lock. When he got there the door had been completely damaged along with the frame so there was no way to change the lock. James offered to go and get the materials to install a padlock on the door for us. Will definitely use them for all future needs.

While it is convenient and fast, I had 3 keys, made 2 keys. One free, which gave me a total of 3 at $15. Total. You would think one of them would work. However, all 3 of them did not work. Now I have to go through the process of remaking the keys or trying to send the others back which is not convenient.And FYI, they say they are cheaper making a car key. However, they want double of what A key making place charges. Yes, it’s probably cheaper than a dealership, but not cheaper in total plus if my house key doesn’t work, why would I pay a $150 for a car key that will not work?

We made two keys and a third on was free. Everything worked perfectly and the whole experience was smooth and trouble free. Highly recommend!

(I used to go to another, well-known lock place in the area. They were supposed to be ordering a key blank for my suv… it’s been almost 4yrs and I’m still waiting.) After a few weeks, a mechanic referred me to Action Safe n Lock. These guys had the blank for my suv key; they also had a replacement fob, which was better than the original! They programmed and made sure it worked. I’ve been coming here now over 3yrs. They are excellent! Ryan was so very helpful. He took time to answer questions regarding my ignition switch, even tho they didn’t do the switches. Everyone there is quite friendly and are great at what they do!
