Jacob came out to fix my front door locks and deadbolt yesterday. He did an amazing job, spent extra time to get it precisely adjusted. He did not charge me for that extra time. I saw the lkiosk at Lowe’s and decided to try it since I didn’t have to locate an associate. I needed a couple spare keys anyways but wouldn’t have taken the time to do it had it not been there. It was fast, accurate- tested my key. They have patterns which helps because I have 101 keys I don’t know what they go to. The service is priced well. I love the feature you can save your key cut for future copies

Came into town for the holiday and we accidentally locked ourselves out of the cabin we rented. The owner did not live nearby and no other key close by. We were leaving the next morning on a Sunday. Called Mountain State Lock and the owner was 100 miles away but said he could stop after and help me out. Price was great and service was great. Definitely saved the day.

This team is amazing! I was working in the Tappahannock area and needed a locksmith. Many I called could not support the rekeying needed to be done on a commercial property. When looking to match keys to doors/locks one key worked. Inspecting the key I noticed a phone number. It was “The Locksmith” so I called. Their understanding on needs and the urgency was absolutely clear. They were onsite in an hour, repairs and replacements for 5 locks all keyed identical was completed in 2 hours. Amazing performance and cost! Highly recommend this team! Excellence at a very fair price!
