Tuesday afternoon, I had the awesome pleasure of meeting Mr. Maurice, The Southern Lock Doctor. He was very courteous and professional. Despite me not having the lock readily available, he waited patiently (while I was spazzing out because I thought I knew where I left it). He arrived promptly at 2pm to install a digital smart lock to my front door. Without delay he started installing the handles and deadbolt and was done well within an hour. Normally, this service would have cost $200 or maybe even $300 but it was no where near that price. So I am very thankful for Mr. Maurice dedicated services to our communities. I informed him I would definitely use him again in the near future.

The keys worked perfectly. No issues with the 3 copies that were done. Buy 2 get 1 free was also a bonus. They are my key makers. Highly recommended.

Zack was great! The texting feature they have is a great customer service tool that I used. I text Zack and the same day he was out fixing my issue. He came out on Christmas Eve and reprogrammed my older key fob so I could have a spare key. He was very polite and explained the entire process with me and explained the pricing which was accurate! I highly recommend Zack and the company Keysmart Locksmith LLC.

Came in and got two keys made for my car. They was quick and very helpful. The dealership was going to charge way more than what he did. So I saved money and got to meet someone who cares about the community and have been here for over 30 years. Will come back and refer everyone I know.

I highly recommend the service at this location. I needed car key copy with two key fob programmed. And the owner took care of me promptly and at a great price. I will definitely use them again.

These people are fake locksmiths. It’s nothing more than a kiosk that miscuts house keys. They charge $160 up front to unlock your car. Then charge you $80 to cancel. It’s a call center out of New York. They take your money then call actual locksmiths and try to pay them $90 to do the same job.

It’s literally a scam. Idk how they are legally getting away with it. It’s a 3rd party. Scam, scam, scam. These are the people who make locksmiths as a whole look bad.

A real locksmith company would never charge you up front like how these people do. The dcjs needs to investigate these people for fraud. All it is a kiosk that cuts house keys for way too much. Insanely overpriced.
And it’s because they call other locksmiths and try to pay them to do it.

Please, please, please do NOT give these people a dime. Ace, Lowe’s, Home Depot all make you pay afterwards.

Please don’t give them any money for car keys.

They have no actual locksmiths of their own. It’s a nation wide scam. They do the same thing your insurance company does when you need roadside assistance. Progressive insurance doesn’t come out. They pay another company to do it.

Same way except you actually pay them $160 or more.

Came into town for the holiday and we accidentally locked ourselves out of the cabin we rented. The owner did not live nearby and no other key close by. We were leaving the next morning on a Sunday. Called Mountain State Lock and the owner was 100 miles away but said he could stop after and help me out. Price was great and service was great. Definitely saved the day.

Less than 24 hours before my appointment, I spoke with the office and confirmed as well as with the technician. I was even communicating with the technician providing pictures required. My appointment was canceled claiming that they tried to reach out to me to confirm… What is the point of scheduling and confirming with the technician less than 24 hours before the appointment, if I have to do it again the next day? Furthermore, if your business is so loosely organized that you required daily confirmations, perhaps inform your customers of that so they can expect your call.
