We have used Paul professionally dozens and dozens of times, with the services ranging from security re-programming, chip key replacement, lock cylinder reflashing, etc. and he has always been punctual, courteous, and fair. I would highly recommend his services to anyone in the area who is in need.

My safe was locked after losing my key while moving and I needed my birth certificate. He came to my actual house and stayed outside of the door and quickly drilled into my safe. They let me know in advance the safe would need to be replaced but none the less they got the job done. Be for warned though the only down side of this service is they are pricey($300+) and do not clean up any dust particles from drilling.

Phenomenal price – actual rating is 4.5 if I could. The only small hesitation was the Smiths demeanor. He was stand-offish and not friendly. Great work for a great price and the smith did go beyond the call of duty to show me how to reprogram the key myself if there was an issue with my aftermarket key.

Above and Beyond: Manager Jay is a Lifesaver!
​I cannot recommend Arlington Lock highly enough, especially after the exceptional experience I had with the manager, Jay. My visit was due to a stressful and unforeseen small accident that left me completely stranded at the front door of their office for the majority of the day.

​Jay immediately recognized my distress and stepped in as a true advocate. After several calls and his personal, dedicated assistance, we were successfully able to get my car started via a jump. His immediate focus was not just on the technical problem, but on my well-being. He was incredibly attentive, concerned, and went far beyond the typical scope of customer service to ensure I was safe and taken care of.

​The kindness extended beyond Jay, as the entire office staff was friendly and made sure I was okay throughout the ordeal. A special thank you to Lawrence who even extended lunch for purchase—a small gesture that made a huge difference in my long day.

​Despite the difficult circumstances, it was genuinely a pleasure spending time there. While waiting, I watched Jay engage with every single customer, providing stellar service with precision and care. His attention to detail in identifying problems and providing timely resolutions was evident in every interaction. 100% recommend this place! I lost the key to my safe and they were able to make me a key very quickly! They are courteous, prompt and get the job done! Not only that, but the kind gentleman carried the heavy safe into my car for me. That was very kind of him considering I had my sleeping infant with me. Jacob came out to fix my front door locks and deadbolt yesterday. He did an amazing job, spent extra time to get it precisely adjusted. He did not charge me for that extra time. He was also delightful to work with and very professional. I will definitely be a repeat customer in the future. I highly recommend them!!!

Zono (+ the team here) were able to copy my Mustang’s key for a spare—complete with electronics and the emergency hard copy. He knew right what to do! They’re clearly very knowledgeable, as well as personable, quick, and local to me. The keys are near identical, and coming here saved me the dealership’s markup I would have to pay just for the pony logo. Thanks again!

These people are fake locksmiths. It’s nothing more than a kiosk that miscuts house keys. They charge $160 up front to unlock your car. Then charge you $80 to cancel. It’s a call center out of New York. They take your money then call actual locksmiths and try to pay them $90 to do the same job.

It’s literally a scam. Idk how they are legally getting away with it. It’s a 3rd party. Scam, scam, scam. These are the people who make locksmiths as a whole look bad.

A real locksmith company would never charge you up front like how these people do. The dcjs needs to investigate these people for fraud. All it is a kiosk that cuts house keys for way too much. Insanely overpriced.
And it’s because they call other locksmiths and try to pay them to do it.

Please, please, please do NOT give these people a dime. Ace, Lowe’s, Home Depot all make you pay afterwards.

Please don’t give them any money for car keys.

They have no actual locksmiths of their own. It’s a nation wide scam. They do the same thing your insurance company does when you need roadside assistance. Progressive insurance doesn’t come out. They pay another company to do it.

Same way except you actually pay them $160 or more.

It’s a straight up scam
