Sami showed up in under 20 minutes. He was extremely friendly and helped unlock the car in under 10 minutes. They will be my first call if I find myself in this situation again.

Phenomenal price – actual rating is 4.5 if I could. The only small hesitation was the Smiths demeanor. He was stand-offish and not friendly. Great work for a great price and the smith did go beyond the call of duty to show me how to reprogram the key myself if there was an issue with my aftermarket key.

My safe was locked after losing my key while moving and I needed my birth certificate. He came to my actual house and stayed outside of the door and quickly drilled into my safe. They let me know in advance the safe would need to be replaced but none the less they got the job done. Be for warned though the only down side of this service is they are pricey($300+) and do not clean up any dust particles from drilling.

Above and Beyond: Manager Jay is a Lifesaver!
​I cannot recommend Arlington Lock highly enough, especially after the exceptional experience I had with the manager, Jay. My visit was due to a stressful and unforeseen small accident that left me completely stranded at the front door of their office for the majority of the day.

​Jay immediately recognized my distress and stepped in as a true advocate. After several calls and his personal, dedicated assistance, we were successfully able to get my car started via a jump. His immediate focus was not just on the technical problem, but on my well-being. He was incredibly attentive, concerned, and went far beyond the typical scope of customer service to ensure I was safe and taken care of.

​The kindness extended beyond Jay, as the entire office staff was friendly and made sure I was okay throughout the ordeal. A special thank you to Lawrence who even extended lunch for purchase—a small gesture that made a huge difference in my long day.

​Despite the difficult circumstances, it was genuinely a pleasure spending time there. While waiting, I watched Jay engage with every single customer, providing stellar service with precision and care. His attention to detail in identifying problems and providing timely resolutions was evident in every interaction. Although my primary need that day was emergency roadside help, If I did need to have keys made and will, without a doubt, recommend Arlington Lock highly for their technical expertise and truly human kindness.

The keys and the RFID key fobs that I copied at the self service kiosk worked perfectly. The RFID fobs I needed copied were floor specific for my building and elevator and they worked perfectly. Quick and easy. I liked it so much I went back for more! Highly recommend!

Got a key copy from the machine. Does not work at all. The key won’t even move.

Just got a second duplicate but again key won’t turn. I stacked the duplicate key on top of the original to compare, and the machine got it very wrong (ex. Sharp teeth when it is more flat teeth, and narrower teeth section when it is wider)… do not recommend because you will not get the right copy.

Quick and easy way to make an extra set of keys. I really appreciate that the kiosks are in places I would go to anyway such as a grocery store. It saves me time, energy and money. The keys work well!

Based on the reviews I decided to give them a shot and call to figure out the steps and an estimate. I explained that I simply wanted a copy of a VATS type key with a resistor (older car) that only opens the doors (so without the resistor and ability to start the car). Whoever answered the phone call, kept asking me questions I already answered, didn’t understand what I was asking, and after a brief moment hung up the phone. Next to no effort was given and poor customer service for simply trying to see if they are able to do this and an estimate to do so. Recommend a little more professional courtesy for a business. Maybe their kiosk is great like most of the reviews.

Seems like a scam to have to pay 2.99 extra to have your key precisely cut.. If I’m already paying over $10 for a key to be cut it should work regardless.. but of course it was jamming in the key hole. Take a wire brush or fine file and save 2.99 per key..oh excuse me high performance cut… like I said, scam!

It was really easy and simple. Took a very short amount of time (10min max). Then I was able to just grocery shop since it’s located in the Safeway. If you need multiple keys I would highly recommend since there are better discounts for making 2+ keys.

Convenient and prompt at 7-11s.

More expensive and rougher than human-cut copies, but worth the price because they work just fine.

The kiosk order and the keys were fine. They all worked fine when I requested a quote on a key fob for my car. You just gave out my contact information to five different people in the area contacting me and they all quoted me way above with the dealership would charge me to replace my key fob so probably shouldn’t offer that service. It was more of a nuisance than anything else

The representative in customer service couldn’t understand my questions and given this is a 24 hour automated service, I understand that they have a prompt that guides them to answer questions they wouldn’t transfer me to someone who could answer them. I just had to accept their explanation. All in all crazy terrible customer service
