Got 3 keys made (buy 2 get the 3rd one free) using the machine and none of them work!! I got 2 other room mates to try and even they were shocked that NOT A SINGLE KEY is able to open the door. The machine stated that it will send the receipt to my phone but I did not get anything (been 2 days). All I got is a text msg with a link to leave a Google review. So here I am.

Im so glad theres still hind caring people out there to help these poor helpless animals recover from whatever terrible thing happened too them. I thank you guys from the bottom of my heart! B I look after a lot of stray cats around my house and help them with shelter and food and water oh and when we find kittens too.

I got 3 keys made and they all work well. But the machine asked me if I wanted to deburr the keys for an additional price! I am 77 years old and have NEVER been charged for that! It is always part of the process! I cleaned them with a nail file..

​I cannot recommend Arlington Lock highly enough, especially after the exceptional experience I had with the manager, Jay. My visit was due to a stressful and unforeseen small accident that left me completely stranded at the front door of their office for the majority of the day.

​Jay immediately recognized my distress and stepped in as a true advocate. After several calls and his personal, dedicated assistance, we were successfully able to get my car started via a jump. His immediate focus was not just on the technical problem, but on my well-being. He was incredibly attentive, concerned, and went far beyond the typical scope of customer service to ensure I was safe and taken care of.

​The kindness extended beyond Jay, as the entire office staff was friendly and made sure I was okay throughout the ordeal. A special thank you to Lawrence who even extended lunch for purchase—a small gesture that made a huge difference in my long day.

​Despite the difficult circumstances, it was genuinely a pleasure spending time there. While waiting, I watched Jay engage with every single customer, providing stellar service with precision and care. His attention to detail in identifying problems and providing timely resolutions was evident in every interaction. Although my primary need that day was emergency roadside help, If I did need to have keys made and will, without a doubt, recommend Arlington Lock highly for their technical expertise and truly human kindness.

Great service. I had three keys made on my lunch break and it took under 4 minutes. All three keys worked perfectly in my door. Not to mention the free key after I purchased two.
