Worst service ever. We have used them a few times, they used to be really good. I had them go rekey an ignition on one of our trucks that was stuck and all he did was drill it out, and overcharged me for it because I still had to get it fixed. Then we took another truck to be rekeyed by them. Took them 3 days to do it, then whenever we went to pick the truck up they were never there during business hours. On top of all of it, the cover that goes over the ignition was duct taped together when we picked it up. So they broke that without saying anything and just taped it up. DO NOT GO HERE.

Just called. The guy who answered the phone was very rude, wouldn’t answer my questions, and yelled at me demanding my address so he could transfer me to someone else. I just hung up. I’m calling another company. All I did was ask if they could program FOBs, and how much it would cost. He didn’t need to yell demanding my address.

Mike came out, after hours, was priced better than anyone else and performed an enormous amount of work. I’m a grateful for how honest and attentive he was. As you can see from the photo this was no small task. Thanks again

My office door needed to be rekeyed, and the locksmith (job assigned to 24/7 Locksmith Service) said he would show up around 5:00 pm. He arrived at the location at 6:49 p.m. When the locksmith arrived, he immediately offered me to change the master cylinder for an additional $97, which I declined. He offered to do it again for $90, but I informed him that I only needed to rekey the door lock. After doing the work, he struck the door lock as if he was fighting it. A few minutes later, he informed me that the entire door lock needed to be replaced for an additional $400. As before, I refused and asked him to leave as it was before, but he could not do so. As a result, he left me with two keys that would not come out of the door lock and would not work, as well as an invoice for $138.03.

Since we were unsure whether he had broken my door lock or not, I asked him to split the problem but he refused.

Due to the fact that they did nothing right, I will never use this company again.
