THIS DESERVES ZERO STARS! I am genuinely so scared of ever getting a lock smith after this experience I had with this company! I contacted this location’s number with good intent, as I was stranded locked out on my vehicle. I thought everything would be fine after the receptionist connected me to the locksmith, but I was SO wrong. First of all I was charged 200 DOLLARS for a 5 MINUTE job and I was also charged for a single phone call! (With no prior information on it being fixed fee) As well with the service I was ROBBED the following day! My laptop stolen from my vehicle making me VERY suspicious of the man who serviced me! Do NOT use this company! It’s screaming scam and I have since contacted the authorities!

My Locksmith was Justin. My experience was quick and wholesome. I requested an lockout service over the phone, within 15 – 20 minutes Justin arrived and in 5 minutes or less My vehicle was unlocked!

I will definitely using Bob’s Lock, Safe & Key for more future mishaps.

Definitely great communication! I ordered my Volkswagen Jetta key fob September 8 and arrived on September 23. pretty much the two weeks that I was promised it would arrive. Audrey answered all my questions and concerns that I might have with making the second key to the vehicle also his supervisor Chad also followed up with me to make sure all my questions and answers were addressed.. I had the key fob made for half the price at Glen Keys examples Young Volkswagen quote $535 and Strong Volkswagen quoted me $595 double the price that Glen Keys charge me for same key fob. I got the key made for $297 the dealerships wanted almost $600. if you need a second key or need a replacement key for any of your vehicles give Glen keys a call. They can even come to your home. One reason I found out about Glen keys is they’re courteous drivers and a Glen key van was driving next to me in South Ogden on Highway 89 and I was able to take a picture of the great advertisement on their vehicles.

I reached out for a pair of news keys after losing the only set for my car. They said they had to order it in so I’d have to wait 10 days, which I reluctantly did. I didn’t hear from them after 10 days so I called and followed up, but it seemed to me that they hadn’t even ordered my key and totally forgot that I’d called! They took my info again and said they’d use a local source that could get the key in 2-3 days since they knew I was locked out of my car. But still, a few days after not hearing anything, I called again. They said they had the key, but we quickly determined it was the wrong type–I’d told them at least 3 times my car was a push start but they had gotten a physical key. So I waited another week, only to have the exact same thing happen AGAIN! By this point I’d been locked out of my car for over 3 weeks.

I finally gave up and another place was able to come out and get me a new key within 24 hours. I didn’t inform Superior that I’d gotten someone else, thinking maybe they’d follow up and I could get a spare set from them, but they never reached out to finish my ticket…and it’s been months now. I couldn’t believe that they were so dismissive of someone who was so ready to pay them $$$. Very disappointed.

I purchased two keys at a self-serve kiost and both worked perfectly. There are a lot of options which can be a tad frustrating but overall I am pleased with the experience. A woman in front of me complained that she didn’t get a receipt but the offer is there, you just have to pay attention to the options. A helpful feature would be for the kiosk software to ask if you want to purchase another style key after the the first key is made. If you want a another key for a different lock you have to exit the program and start over again.

Called for service. Their office/local location is closed and only mobile service is available- OK, no problem. The office is unable/unwilling to give any estimates or quotes and states that the technician will call. OK, again, no problem. Technician shows up, quotes $350 to rekey two new ABUS padlocks. I declined service and they tried to charge me $29 service fee. This was not disclosed and I also declined. Took to another locksmith, both locks were re-keyed for $16 each and 23 minutes later I was out the door.

They installed a lock on a new commercial space and left it butchered for over $500. 7 months later its completely falling apart and it took us an hour to get in to the space. Now its out of warranty so we need to pay a real professional to come replace the horrible work that was done. I should have known I was going to have issues when it took 2 people 4 hours to get a lock installed. The guy had to take half a dozen smoke breaks right in front of the door so we got to enjoy that while. to work through what I thought would be a simple swap. Pictures are right after they finished their work. Now that I know they don’t cover their bad work I guess its good to force me to find a real professional.
