I reached out for a pair of news keys after losing the only set for my car. They said they had to order it in so I’d have to wait 10 days, which I reluctantly did. I didn’t hear from them after 10 days so I called and followed up, but it seemed to me that they hadn’t even ordered my key and totally forgot that I’d called! They took my info again and said they’d use a local source that could get the key in 2-3 days since they knew I was locked out of my car. But still, a few days after not hearing anything, I called again. They said they had the key, but we quickly determined it was the wrong type–I’d told them at least 3 times my car was a push start but they had gotten a physical key. So I waited another week, only to have the exact same thing happen AGAIN! By this point I’d been locked out of my car for over 3 weeks.

I finally gave up and another place was able to come out and get me a new key within 24 hours. I didn’t inform Superior that I’d gotten someone else, thinking maybe they’d follow up and I could get a spare set from them, but they never reached out to finish my ticket…and it’s been months now. I couldn’t believe that they were so dismissive of someone who was so ready to pay them $$$. Very disappointed.

Great experience! They made the whole locksmith process quick, simple, and stress-free. Pricing was solid and they were very helpful. Definitely would come back if I ever need locksmith services again. If you ever come back I would recommend Isaac. Great guy and makes sure you’re taken care of.

Having a key made at the kiosk was very expensive. I probably will not ever use it again. There are much less expensive options out there.The key did however fit perfectly in my locks with no flaws.

Be careful with them they blackmail you they took my lock off and said we will charge you three times to put it back. Very abusive and not a worth. I had to call the police. They took my key and left. Very bad behavior

I had a great experience with this company! They came out quickly and unlocked my car in just a few minutes. The whole process was fast, easy, and stress-free. Mike came out, after hours, was priced better than anyone else and performed an enormous amount of work. I’m a grateful for how honest and attentive he was. As you can see from the photo this was no small task. Thanks again

Shop around!
We received the service and learned that other places charge much, MUCH less. I have to say that they did refund my father $60, but compared to the money we would have saved going to a local company doesn’t even make up for it.

Great service!

These guys can cut any key or answer any question. Love going in there and saying ok I’ve got a hard one for you and he goes, “ha, that’s an easy one, we’ve got it!”

They’re less money than Home Depot and have every key! Save yourself the hassle and go see these guys!
