Had 1 house key made at the Kiosk in Syracuse Smiths, got home and it wouldn’t turn the lock. I paid a few extra to get the precise cut too.Looked at it (should have done prior) and it was not even close to the original. Went back to give them a second chance, key #2 looked promising, came back home and still didn’t turn the lock. Waiting for refund (2-5 Days). Go to Backus in Layton, instead…

Had a emergency situation where my fob went dead and anti theft deterrent activated on my GMC. Called he asked make and model and within 15 minutes had help on the way. True life saver for good price. No dealership no hassle. Highly recommend

I made 3 copies of 2 separate keys, so we could have spares for our new house. 6 keys total. Not a single one of them worked. The machine asked if I wanted a receipt text or emailed to me, I selected text, and never got a receipt. Not even sure how to reach out to get a refund for all these badly cut keys that don’t work on my doors. Definitely dont waste your time with this bad service and slow machine.
