The Locksmith treated my situation with an earnest sense of urgency, and helped save my dog when she locked herself in my vehicle. I was just passing through the state when it happened and had no idea who to call. They were the only ones who answered that afternoon and Im incredibly thankful for them! Genuine and kind people, knowledgeable and skilled, I would absolutely use them for any of their services if I were in the area!

I have used this service twice. The first one went well and received all the keys I had ordered. I had asked for a receipt to be emailed to me but never received one. Typically this wouldn’t be a big deal but I needed to turn the receipt in for business reimbursement.

My second experience wasn’t great. I ordered 11 keys and after just one, the machine said it was out of order. The employee at the store said it wasn’t their problem because they didn’t maintain the machine. I tried calling the phone number. It was after hours so I left a voicemail. I haven’t received a call from them at all. I paid for 11 keys and received one. I’m not very happy about their service. I still am waiting for keys or a refund. Next time, I’ll take my service to an actual store.
