My Locksmith was Justin. My experience was quick and wholesome. I requested an lockout service over the phone, within 15 – 20 minutes Justin arrived and in 5 minutes or less My vehicle was unlocked!

I will definitely using Bob’s Lock, Safe & Key for more future mishaps.

Definitely great communication! I ordered my Volkswagen Jetta key fob September 8 and arrived on September 23. pretty much the two weeks that I was promised it would arrive. Audrey answered all my questions and concerns that I might have with making the second key to the vehicle also his supervisor Chad also followed up with me to make sure all my questions and answers were addressed.. I had the key fob made for half the price at Glen Keys examples Young Volkswagen quote $535 and Strong Volkswagen quoted me $595 double the price that Glen Keys charge me for same key fob. I got the key made for $297 the dealerships wanted almost $600. if you need a second key or need a replacement key for any of your vehicles give Glen keys a call. They can even come to your home. One reason I found out about Glen keys is they’re courteous drivers and a Glen key van was driving next to me in South Ogden on Highway 89 and I was able to take a picture of the great advertisement on their vehicles.

They installed a lock on a new commercial space and left it butchered for over $500. 7 months later its completely falling apart and it took us an hour to get in to the space. Now its out of warranty so we need to pay a real professional to come replace the horrible work that was done. I should have known I was going to have issues when it took 2 people 4 hours to get a lock installed. The guy had to take half a dozen smoke breaks right in front of the door so we got to enjoy that while. to work through what I thought would be a simple swap. Pictures are right after they finished their work. Now that I know they don’t cover their bad work I guess its good to force me to find a real professional.

WARNING: Don’t believe the fake reviews. This company is a scam. I was locked out of my car in downtown Salt Lake City. Over the phone, he told me the price would be a $29 service fee plus the labor, which is usually only $30-$50 depending on what had to be done. He said he’d be there in 20 minutes and took almost 40, unlocked the car in two seconds, and proceeded to charge me $200. I didn’t even have that much in my account, and it was a complete misrepresentation of what I was told over the phone (which is illegal). The only reason I went negative in my bank account to pay him was because he had conveniently boxed my car in with his so I couldn’t take off, and he became very confrontational with my friend who was asking him why the charges were so much, so I just wanted to get out of there before this worker turned violent. I have never heard of a company charging more than $60-$70 for lockout service, maybe $90 if it’s after hours. I can’t believe I let myself be swindled by this company. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS.

They were fast and pretty prompt about opening door, service fee was 39$ but they didn’t say the lock picking price over the phone, it was something to the degree of 85$. Overall. It was fast though. Like 20 minutes.

What a joke. I was VERY clean on the service I needed. I REQUIRED the technician to give me the cost before he started work. The bill MAGICALLY goes up when he is done with NO reason or extra anything performed. Then didn’t leave a receipt? Slimy business I WILL be reporting this company to the Department of Consumer Protection for these business practices.

Worst service ever. We have used them a few times, they used to be really good. I had them go rekey an ignition on one of our trucks that was stuck and all he did was drill it out, and overcharged me for it because I still had to get it fixed. Then we took another truck to be rekeyed by them. Took them 3 days to do it, then whenever we went to pick the truck up they were never there during business hours. On top of all of it, the cover that goes over the ignition was duct taped together when we picked it up. So they broke that without saying anything and just taped it up. DO NOT GO HERE.

These guys are great! Helped with several unique requirements, like a double sided lock (asylum cylinder), programming and troubleshooting an access control panel (Sicunet is a nice system), and also great with substitutions and returns.
