I bought a used car recently and the key fob was messed up. So I came here hoping to get a new one for my car. The person at the front said that the motherboard in fob worked still and that he would order the shell of my fob and swap them over. He told me he’d call me a let me know. Two weeks later I walk in again because I hadn’t heard anything, and I asked if they had the part. The person at the front (different guy) pulled out their binder and said they never even wrote it down. So I ask if he can order it and he said and wrote it down. I go back two weeks later AGAIN because I still hadn’t heard anything. The guy at the front told me that they hadn’t even order the part, but that they would let me know. So waited a couple of months, and still nothing. So I went online and purchased my own and brought it in to have them swap the motherboard over and if that didn’t work, to program it and cut the key. After 30 minutes it’s of messing with it, they told me that my key fob I brought in wasn’t compatible with the original one. They told me that there was probably 20% chance that it would actually program to my car, and told me they would have to charge $75 to even try. Such a rip off.

We were so grateful for Jensen Locksmithing! He came out at 9:30pm from 30 miles away to open our camper AND he was super nice and had reasonable rates 🙂. We can’t recommend him enough if you need a locksmith in the Zion area!

Chad is an absolute legend! I lost the key to the 2010 Odyssey in a lake. Yes I’m an idiot. Called maybe 6 locksmiths with no luck. The good lord helped me find this place. He was here in 3 hours, Which is incredible since I was deep in the Tetons. He had me a new key made and car programmed in minutes. Could not recommend him

I own a keyless entry vehicle. I drove my husband to his physical therapy appointment. He unknowingly, locked the car. All doors were closed. I only have one car controller. The car was running!!! None of the doors would open. I was so frustrated. I was about ready to break one of the windows. The physical therapist called Zion Locksmith, for me. Their charge was within my price range. I needed an apartment door unlocked around 2 AM. Payson Lock & Key were very kind and professional and came right over to help. Opening the door only took a few minutes. I’d absolutely recommend him and his company. It was also the cheapest quote I received that night and had the best customer service even though it was late. Very considerate and answered all my questions. Awesome experience (minus being locked out in the first place haha).

Very knowledgeable. After calling a bunch of the other guys and getting quotes as high as $275. These guys gave me a tip over the phone and I had it taken care of in 2 minutes. I appreciate a business who is willing to share their knowledge vs. just wanting to take my money. I’m a small used car dealer and these guys just earned my future business. Thank you!

This place is absolutely amazing. Bridger came first super polite. Did everything he could was very upfront to let me know he might need to call another worker. He called Cody who came. Great service and fast response time. When I called, they asked a few questions, gave me a reasonable price, and were able to come out the same day within 30–45 minutes. Caden arrived quickly, answered all my questions, and completed the work efficiently. He also gave me helpful information on a few other projects I have coming up. I was so satisfied I had them return the next day to fix two more locks. I’ll definitely be using them again for future locksmith needs.

Our technician, Sam, was outstanding. He contacted us approximately 20 minutes in advance to confirm his arrival time and completed the work efficiently and professionally. He is very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions thoroughly. He lubricated our locks and door handles, restoring them to like-new condition.
