My Locksmith was Justin. My experience was quick and wholesome. I requested an lockout service over the phone, within 15 – 20 minutes Justin arrived and in 5 minutes or less My vehicle was unlocked!

I will definitely using Bob’s Lock, Safe & Key for more future mishaps.

Definitely great communication! I ordered my Volkswagen Jetta key fob September 8 and arrived on September 23. pretty much the two weeks that I was promised it would arrive. Audrey answered all my questions and concerns that I might have with making the second key to the vehicle also his supervisor Chad also followed up with me to make sure all my questions and answers were addressed.. I had the key fob made for half the price at Glen Keys examples Young Volkswagen quote $535 and Strong Volkswagen quoted me $595 double the price that Glen Keys charge me for same key fob. I got the key made for $297 the dealerships wanted almost $600. if you need a second key or need a replacement key for any of your vehicles give Glen keys a call. They can even come to your home. One reason I found out about Glen keys is they’re courteous drivers and a Glen key van was driving next to me in South Ogden on Highway 89 and I was able to take a picture of the great advertisement on their vehicles.

What a joke. I was VERY clean on the service I needed. I REQUIRED the technician to give me the cost before he started work. The bill MAGICALLY goes up when he is done with NO reason or extra anything performed. Then didn’t leave a receipt? Slimy business I WILL be reporting this company to the Department of Consumer Protection for these business practices.

Worst service ever. We have used them a few times, they used to be really good. I had them go rekey an ignition on one of our trucks that was stuck and all he did was drill it out, and overcharged me for it because I still had to get it fixed. Then we took another truck to be rekeyed by them. Took them 3 days to do it, then whenever we went to pick the truck up they were never there during business hours. On top of all of it, the cover that goes over the ignition was duct taped together when we picked it up. So they broke that without saying anything and just taped it up. DO NOT GO HERE.

This company sent me a locksmith (David) to enlarge my door’s deadbolt bore diameter so that I can install a smart lock. Instead of working on what he was hired for, he quickly removed the metal reinforcement ring on the brand new smart lock, fiddled with its internal connector wires, and did a terrible job at putting it all back together. After his handling, the new lock wouldn’t power on (it’s a >$300 smart lock!). He also tried to steer me toward a Zelle cash payment and quoted ~$280 to rekey my other lever cylinder to match with the smart lock’s key, both from the same brand (which I declined). I ended up paying $184.30 ($80 service call + $75 for labor + tax) for work that wasn’t performed and had to uninstall everything and reinstall my old lock to secure the door. Unprofessional and careless—would NOT recommend. I expect a call from the customer service and a refund of the charges.

They were fast and pretty prompt about opening door, service fee was 39$ but they didn’t say the lock picking price over the phone, it was something to the degree of 85$. Overall. It was fast though. Like 20 minutes.

Lost mailbox key, called keyme locksmith. He told me $89 for the trip, upon arrival, he told me he can’t pick the lock but can drill it, so he used a hand drill to remove the lock, literally 3 seconds, then he asked me what kind of lock I want, one is $249 another is $189, plus that 3 seconds he spent to took the old lock off is $199. After add all the numbers I told him it is too much, he said if I give him 5 star review he will do It for $300 total. This feels like a scam, or someone tell me this price is normal!!

Rick didnt have anybody available at the time for me. He shot me the number of another guy. The service was fast and professional. And affordable. I highly recommend you call these guys first. I’m not a review person normally but these guys deserve the 5 stars.

They deleted my review on them. I called them and they gave me a lower quote and when the technician came out to unlock my car he changed the price went from 60-80 to straight 120! Total rip off do not use them and he broke my door by opening a huge gap to open the door!!

They installed a lock on a new commercial space and left it butchered for over $500. 7 months later its completely falling apart and it took us an hour to get in to the space. Now its out of warranty so we need to pay a real professional to come replace the horrible work that was done. I should have known I was going to have issues when it took 2 people 4 hours to get a lock installed. The guy had to take half a dozen smoke breaks right in front of the door so we got to enjoy that while. to work through what I thought would be a simple swap. Pictures are right after they finished their work. Now that I know they don’t cover their bad work I guess its good to force me to find a real professional.
