My Locksmith was Justin. My experience was quick and wholesome. I requested an lockout service over the phone, within 15 – 20 minutes Justin arrived and in 5 minutes or less My vehicle was unlocked!

Very knowledgeable. After calling a bunch of the other guys and getting quotes as high as $275. These guys gave me a tip over the phone and I had it taken care of in 2 minutes. I appreciate a business who is willing to share their knowledge vs. just wanting to take my money. I’m a small used car dealer and these guys just earned my future business. Thank you!

Definitely great communication! I ordered my Volkswagen Jetta key fob September 8 and arrived on September 23. pretty much the two weeks that I was promised it would arrive. Audrey answered all my questions and concerns that I might have with making the second key to the vehicle also his supervisor Chad also followed up with me to make sure all my questions and answers were addressed.. I had the key fob made for half the price at Glen Keys examples Young Volkswagen quote $535 and Strong Volkswagen quoted me $595 double the price that Glen Keys charge me for same key fob. I got the key made for $297 the dealerships wanted almost $600. if you need a second key or need a replacement key for any of your vehicles give Glen keys a call. They can even come to your home. One reason I found out about Glen keys is they’re courteous drivers and a Glen key van was driving next to me in South Ogden on Highway 89 and I was able to take a picture of the great advertisement on their vehicles.

Had an awesome experience with Salt Lake City Locksmiths. These guys were super knowledgeable and helped me with my classic car key when nobody else in the valley would. I had an original uncut key and every other place wanted me to buy one of their cheap replacement keys instead. Came here and they took care of it without hesitation. Really grateful shops like this still exist. They also do motorcycle keys too. Highly recommend!

I have been very impressed with Bob’s lock and key. We had to call them for my place of business, and the gal on the phone was very accommodating and friendly. She was able to take care of us right away. Randy, the service man that came, came when he said he would, and you can tell he truly cared about taking care of our business needs and wanting to be respectful of our door and circumstances as to not damage anything. He was communicative and transparent with our situation. He even came back the next day to gather more details and did not charge us extra. We are moving forward with them and the quote they gave us to help fix our door. Thank you. We appreciate Randy and all that have helped us. Oh, Natasha was amazing too, and helped to answer all our questions on the phone.

If you want honest work, they are the ones to call. An emergency came up and they were at my door in 30 min with different options to choose from. The lock installment I got has worked incredibly well with no issues, and the price was more than fair for the quality I received. Very professional service and I would highly recommend.

Ches was incredibly helpful and skilled! He was willing to give it a try to program a fob for 2023 Honda Civic! And it worked!!! He gave me a great discount for doing two fobs at the same time!!!
Some complain abt Mac’s dropping the ball on their requests over the phone! I’d say, Just walk in and Ches will help you out, just like he did for me today Feb 11, 2026!
