Great experience! They made the whole locksmith process quick, simple, and stress-free. Pricing was solid and they were very helpful. Definitely would come back if I ever need locksmith services again. If you ever come back I would recommend Isaac. Great guy and makes sure you’re taken care of.

They do great work, he got the locks open quick and was nice! Just be very cautious and always ask about pricing. There are hidden add ons at the end when the job is already done. Always ask about price or they will get you good.

I lock my self out and called Keynes locksmiths, they said it would be about 15 min but I ended up waiting an hour. Then the guy tried charging me 300 dollars to unlock the car. This was way over priced and I told him that and we ended up negotiating down to 90. But then when I was checking out he added an extra 30 dollars to my total and kept saying that was an extra fee.

Update #2 – I went back after Robert responded to my review and he did indeed take care of the problem. Thank you! I’m changing my review to 5 stars. I really appreciate your help.

The older fellow who’s been there for a while does good work and is pleasant to work with. He has cut a few different keys for me in the past for both a 4Runner and a motorcycle. The younger guy, not so much. He wasn’t happy about me bringing in 2 of my own chipped keys which I purchased online to have them cut there. He informed me they won’t guarantee those keys will work which I accepted knowing that risk already. What I didn’t anticipate is that when I’d get them back they would be cut too narrow and now don’t work at all, won’t even turn. Which means the key isn’t pushing the tumblers in far enough. The original key isn’t that worn and is visibly wider than the ones I gave them to cut. There’s no way of proving it but with how grumpy he was, to me it was obvious he just did it so I would have to buy one of their keys. Well kid, you earned yourself a scathing google review and ensured I personally will never return to support your business. Good job. Thanks for waisting my time and money.

To anyone else out there, if you buy keys online don’t take them here to have them cut.

Just adding these photos. The first one is the original key the second is one of the 2 copies. Notice the different in width measuring at the same point of the key.

I am a owner of an RV and had a key broke off in the door lock. I contacted good sam roadside for assistance and they contacted this service. He came out and could not retrieve the broken key, and repair the lock. He said he could not get the key out without doing damage. He left.

Had three keys made and none of them work. They tried that new cut design instead of exactly copying my key, and each one is USELESS. A waste of my time and money

DO NOT use their locksmith services! I was charged $472 for a job that took 5 minutes – AFTER the service was performed so I was obligated to pay for it. This was discrimination at its finest. He saw what I was wearing and the vehicle I was driving. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!
