I went to three places to get keys cut before ending up at Orem Lock. None of them were able to help out with my case keys that I needed done. One of them referred me to check out Orem Lock. I have had an electronic key made here n the past and had a good experience then, but I figured a big box store maybe less expensive since I had to have 19 keys made. I was wrong. Orem Lock was less expensive did it while I waited and the keys worked perfectly. Very capable, friendly service as well. I will not be wasting my time anymore Checking out other options around town. Orem Lock will be my first stop.

Man, words cannot explain how great my experience was with Colby from Extra Locksmith.

This man spent several hours getting me a replacement key after I unfortunately lost mine. Not only that, but he came back to rekey the blade due to a slight misfit in the key.

I was quoted over $1000 by the dealership and a few other locksmiths and Colby only charged me $525. Nearly 50% the cost of everyone else!

With how many scammers and sketchy locksmiths there are in the industry, I highly, highly recommend using Colby and his team. They were honest with their pricing quotes, extremely diligent in their work, and prioritized customer service more than I could have ever expected.

You would be stupid to go with any other locksmith in the valley other than Extra Locksmith.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE AND TECH! Wanted to charge me $400 for a 10:30pm service call! Didn’t quote me before the tech actually did the work and acted like a complete shark with his predator tactics making sure he did the service before quoting me and forcing me to shovel out $400. I’m a full time college student so money is already tight. If that wasn’t enough my fiancé is also pregnant so money is even tighter as we save money for our first baby ever together. I am APPALLED at this company. They are the BIGGEST scam in Utah. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Either call your local police to see if they can do service calls like unlocking your car or find LITERALLY ANY OTHER company to do this service for you. I am going to currently file a suit against this company for their predatory behavior and scam techniques

Went inside planning to ask a quote to fix my car fob, thinking that I needed a new battery. The kind representative with an awesome red beard opened it and checked the battery, said that the battery was fine. Then he opened the mechanism to find that there was a built up of grease and dirt under all the contract points on the buttons. He cleaned it up, and now my fob works just fine. I asked how much it would be and he told me it was on the house. I’m coming back here for all of my future key needs.

I had a great experience with this company! They came out quickly and unlocked my car in just a few minutes. The whole process was fast, easy, and stress-free. On top of that, the price was very reasonable compared to what I expected. Highly recommend if you ever need quick and affordable help getting back into your car!
