Mike came out, after hours, was priced better than anyone else and performed an enormous amount of work. I’m a grateful for how honest and attentive he was. As you can see from the photo this was no small task. Thanks again

THIS DESERVES ZERO STARS! I am genuinely so scared of ever getting a lock smith after this experience I had with this company! I contacted this location’s number with good intent, as I was stranded locked out on my vehicle. I thought everything would be fine after the receptionist connected me to the locksmith, but I was SO wrong. First of all I was charged 200 DOLLARS for a 5 MINUTE job and I was also charged for a single phone call! (With no prior information on it being fixed fee) As well with the service I was ROBBED the following day! My laptop stolen from my vehicle making me VERY suspicious of the man who serviced me! Do NOT use this company! It’s screaming scam and I have since contacted the authorities!

Kevin was my tech and did a great job. Was able to replace 6 locks and a deadbolt within 30 minutes. Very friendly and would recommend him to others.

I’m sure this is a good service if you’re locked out of your vehicle or need onsite service to come to you. In my case I just wanted three brass keys copied. Super simple task… After running me around between two different locksmiths in their network they texted me a quote for $850 to come to me. Maybe they didn’t understand what I had asked for, but that doesn’t reflect well when the task is so simple.

I went down the street to Bob’s Lock and Key and had the three keys copied in 5 minutes for a very reasonable price. Probably won’t reach out to KeyMe next time.
