Very knowledgeable. After calling a bunch of the other guys and getting quotes as high as $275. These guys gave me a tip over the phone and I had it taken care of in 2 minutes. I needed an apartment door unlocked around 2 AM. Payson Lock & Key were very kind and professional and came right over to help. Opening the door only took a few minutes. I’d absolutely recommend him and his company. It was also the cheapest quote I received that night and had the best customer service even though it was late. Very considerate and answered all my questions. Awesome experience (minus being locked out in the first place haha).

If you want honest work, they are the ones to call. An emergency came up and they were at my door in 30 min with different options to choose from. The lock installment I got has worked incredibly well with no issues, and the price was more than fair for the quality I received. Very professional service and I would highly recommend.

Great service and fast response time. When I called, they asked a few questions, gave me a reasonable price, and were able to come out the same day within 30–45 minutes. Caden arrived quickly, answered all my questions, and completed the work efficiently. He also gave me helpful information on a few other projects I have coming up. I was so satisfied I had them return the next day to fix two more locks. I’ll definitely be using them again for future locksmith needs.
