I called around looking for a locksmith because we have a very odd setup. A closest door with a lock on it backwards. Kids ended up locking it and we closed it not realizing. We called around looking for how much it would be to have a locksmith come out and unlock the door. Everyone else was insanely priced. One guy quoted me over 200. I found In & Out locksmith and they were awesome. Scott was super friendly and gave me a very good price. They arrived with in 15 minutes and had the door unlocked in less then a minute. Scott and Chris were awesome and very friendly. They were litteraly In and Out haha. Anybody who is looking for a good locksmith at a reasonable price they are your guys. I called him when my daughter locked her keys in the car on Snow Campus. He was there with 15 minutes and had it opened quickly. Even offered her info where to get another key made. So impressed and grateful.

Super impressed with the service and professionalism at Jensen Locksmithing. I was out of state on vacation when the person watching our pets and RV called at 9pm saying the key broke and they were locked out. The folks at Jensen Locksmithing were able to respond within 15 minutes to unlock the RV and make two keys. I am so grateful for them responding to the evening call. They took care of the billing over the phone and the price was fair for the convenient service they provided. I can’t recommend them enough!

I can’t say enough great things about JAY’S 24 HOUR Locksmith. Jay went above and beyond to help me out of a bad situation.

I was driving a UHual moving truck and had stopped in Wellington for gas when the key to the truck suddenly stopped working. Jay quickly figured out that it was due to the key no longer communicating with the anti-theft device in the truck.

He then made up a new set of keys and got me back on the road.

It was late in the day and there was a point in the process where he could have abandoned the job and left me to the mercy of UHual roadside assistance, but he didn’t do that. He went above and beyond to make sure I didn’t end up stranded, and I’m immensely grateful for that.

He was extremely knowledgeable and also very friendly. I’m really glad to have met him.

If you have any locksmith needs I wouldn’t hesitate to give Jay a call.

My very first time visiting today and the wonderful woman working there helped me get a new key fob for my car. My previous key fob was falling apart and was held on with duct tape. Literally took 5 mins and only costed me under $70. Biggest bonus for me was she was super sweet towards my 4 year old daughter and offered her candy. Thank you Backus for the incredible and genuine service.

This was hands-down one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with any service provider. First of all, they refused to give me a price over the phone and insisted that someone had to come out in person to “assess the vehicle”—(a blatant setup to pressure customers on the spot.) After a couple minutes we were able to get in our car on our own with out there help. Called to let them know not to come.

But it gets worse. They charged my credit card without authorization way over the $29 fee for travel / cancelation?! Never provided a clear breakdown of the costs. No receipt? no invoice? was told I needed to sign a settlement form to get the difference back?! That is theft, plain and simple. I was shocked to see extra charges that were never discussed, agreed upon, or approved. The next day a $500 withdrawal was tried threw a cash app luckily it was caught seems like you have some people stealing from your customers to much of a coincidence I would look into that.

The customer service? Absolutely horrendous. Rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. Whoever is training these people seriously needs to reevaluate their approach to communication and ethics. The whole operation feels like a scam with zero regard for honesty or professionalism.

Avoid at all costs. There are plenty of reputable locksmiths out there—this is NOT one of them.

Just called. The guy who answered the phone was very rude, wouldn’t answer my questions, and yelled at me demanding my address so he could transfer me to someone else. I just hung up. I’m calling another company. All I did was ask if they could program FOBs, and how much it would cost. He didn’t need to yell demanding my address.
