I bought a used car recently and the key fob was messed up. So I came here hoping to get a new one for my car. The person at the front said that the motherboard in fob worked still and that he would order the shell of my fob and swap them over. He told me he’d call me a let me know. Two weeks later I walk in again because I hadn’t heard anything, and I asked if they had the part. The person at the front (different guy) pulled out their binder and said they never even wrote it down. So I ask if he can order it and he said and wrote it down. I go back two weeks later AGAIN because I still hadn’t heard anything. The guy at the front told me that they hadn’t even order the part, but that they would let me know. So waited a couple of months, and still nothing. So I went online and purchased my own and brought it in to have them swap the motherboard over and if that didn’t work, to program it and cut the key. After 30 minutes it’s of messing with it, they told me that my key fob I brought in wasn’t compatible with the original one. They told me that there was probably 20% chance that it would actually program to my car, and told me they would have to charge $75 to even try. Such a rip off.

Super impressed with the service and professionalism at Jensen Locksmithing. I was out of state on vacation when the person watching our pets and RV called at 9pm saying the key broke and they were locked out. The folks at Jensen Locksmithing were able to respond within 15 minutes to unlock the RV and make two keys. I am so grateful for them responding to the evening call. They took care of the billing over the phone and the price was fair for the convenient service they provided. I can’t recommend them enough!

Harvey with B&E Locksmith was great. I needed my office to be re-keyed. He was able to come out the same day I called. Unfortunately, he didn’t have enough keys to complete the job that day; however, he ordered some and returned within a couple of days. His prices were reasonable, he was fast, professional, and did a great job. I would definitely call him again for his services.

Very knowledgeable. After calling a bunch of the other guys and getting quotes as high as $275. These guys gave me a tip over the phone and I had it taken care of in 2 minutes. I appreciate a business who is willing to share their knowledge vs. just wanting to take my money. I’m a small used car dealer and these guys just earned my future business. Thank you!

Horrible service way overpriced gave me wrong information. Charged me over $100 for a single car key that has no chip told me the wrong information saying that my vehicle doesn’t require a chip. My vehicle won’t start with the new keys and I have to pay another locksmith in order to come to the vehicle and program and cut new keys with chips. Was told by the new locksmith they shouldn’t have charged me more than $50 for two keys with no chip, especially with it being at their location rather than mobile service. The new locksmith came out programmed All keys lost with two brand new keys with chip for $125 which is less than back is charged me for two keys without a chip. Don’t waste your money. They’re ripping you off
