We had an amazing experience! The couple that came out and helped were so sweet and helpful. We accidentally locked our keys out of our truck. They arrived quickly, and got the truck unlocked in no time! They were very informative about other questions we had. These guys are amazing! Bought a used car with only one fragile key. Bought new keys on Amazon that needed to be cut and programmed. Within 30 minutes at this business I was out the door with four working keys, all for less than half the price I would have paid at the dealer for a single key. Friendly and great at what they do.

These guys are awesome. I’m a general contractor so I usually can easily tell if someone is knowledgeable and knows exactly what they’re doing. And I am one to tell you that these guys are the best out there. Lance did a great job and was fast and friendly. 10 out of 10!

I called him when my daughter locked her keys in the car on Snow Campus. He was there with 15 minutes and had it opened quickly. Even offered her info where to get another key made. So impressed and grateful.

Very happy with the service received, these guys are honest, with more than reasonable prices.

At time of calling for a quote they gave a thorough break down of the process, and each of the fees associated- and even advise on what I can do for free through the dealership first, to save some money with them so they don’t have to charge me! I’m sure most other places would be happy to up charge anywhere they can. It really shows how they value the customer, and saving the customer as much money as possible.

I had to wait a couple of days for my key fob to be ordered in, but no big deal. Again, they could have just come out no questions asked, got the key and charged me- only to tell me they don’t have the fob and they would need to come back out for that and charge another programming fee, but Gabe informed me of the special order needed, and I had the option to get both services done under one programming fee, so thank you!

Lastly, they were flexible and accommodating. John came to my home where my car was to make the key while I was at work. Then he waited for me at the store to come pick up my new key, and stayed 40 minutes past close just so I could get my keys that same day! I highly recommend these guys

They altered a key to an old lock that I brought in to them (now it works!) and they did it very quickly and for a low price. Friendly experts that I highly recommend!

My very first time visiting today and the wonderful woman working there helped me get a new key fob for my car. My previous key fob was falling apart and was held on with duct tape. Literally took 5 mins and only costed me under $70. Biggest bonus for me was she was super sweet towards my 4 year old daughter and offered her candy. Thank you Backus for the incredible and genuine service.

My Locksmith was Justin. My experience was quick and wholesome. I requested an lockout service over the phone, within 15 – 20 minutes Justin arrived and in 5 minutes or less My vehicle was unlocked!

Went inside planning to ask a quote to fix my car fob, thinking that I needed a new battery. The kind representative with an awesome red beard opened it and checked the battery, said that the battery was fine. Then he opened the mechanism to find that there was a built up of grease and dirt under all the contract points on the buttons. He cleaned it up, and now my fob works just fine. I asked how much it would be and he told me it was on the house. I’m coming back here for all of my future key needs.
