Excellent service, my sister had lock issues. I tried fixing it and messed things up more. I called and within 30 minutes they were there to help. They fixed my mess in just a few minutes. They were very nice and have fair and reasonable pricing. A big THANK YOU TO CLARK’s HOME SECURITY!

Would not return phone calls and no showed on several appointments that were made. Justified it because he is the only one in Price that can do the job so we needed to work around him, very unprofessional. I will pay someone to drive from up north to help me with my lock issues.

Very knowledgeable. After calling a bunch of the other guys and getting quotes as high as $275. These guys gave me a tip over the phone and I had it taken care of in 2 minutes. I called him when my daughter locked her keys in the car on Snow Campus. He was there with 15 minutes and had it opened quickly. Even offered her info where to get another key made. So impressed and grateful.

We were stuck at a national park for about 2 hours. We called Gary at night and he showed up about an hour after we called. He was very kind, friendly, and helpful. I would highly recommend.

I needed an apartment door unlocked around 2 AM. Payson Lock & Key were very kind and professional and came right over to help. Opening the door only took a few minutes. I’d absolutely recommend him and his company. It was also the cheapest quote I received that night and had the best customer service even though it was late. Very considerate and answered all my questions. Awesome experience (minus being locked out in the first place haha).

Definitely great communication! I ordered my Volkswagen Jetta key fob September 8 and arrived on September 23. pretty much the two weeks that I was promised it would arrive. Audrey answered all my questions and concerns that I might have with making the second key to the vehicle also his supervisor Chad also followed up with me to make sure all my questions and answers were addressed.. I had the key fob made for half the price at Glen Keys examples Young Volkswagen quote $535 and Strong Volkswagen quoted me $595 double the price that Glen Keys charge me for same key fob. I got the key made for $297 the dealerships wanted almost $600. if you need a second key or need a replacement key for any of your vehicles give Glen keys a call. They can even come to your home. One reason I found out about Glen keys is they’re courteous drivers and a Glen key van was driving next to me in South Ogden on Highway 89 and I was able to take a picture of the great advertisement on their vehicles.

Update #2 – I went back after Robert responded to my review and he did indeed take care of the problem. Thank you! I’m changing my review to 5 stars. I really appreciate your help.

The older fellow who’s been there for a while does good work and is pleasant to work with. He has cut a few different keys for me in the past for both a 4Runner and a motorcycle. The younger guy, not so much. He wasn’t happy about me bringing in 2 of my own chipped keys which I purchased online to have them cut there. He informed me they won’t guarantee those keys will work which I accepted knowing that risk already. What I didn’t anticipate is that when I’d get them back they would be cut too narrow and now don’t work at all, won’t even turn. Which means the key isn’t pushing the tumblers in far enough. The original key isn’t that worn and is visibly wider than the ones I gave them to cut. There’s no way of proving it but with how grumpy he was, to me it was obvious he just did it so I would have to buy one of their keys. Well kid, you earned yourself a scathing google review and ensured I personally will never return to support your business. Good job. Thanks for waisting my time and money.

To anyone else out there, if you buy keys online don’t take them here to have them cut.

Just adding these photos. The first one is the original key the second is one of the 2 copies. Notice the different in width measuring at the same point of the key.
