Very happy with the service received, these guys are honest, with more than reasonable prices.

At time of calling for a quote they gave a thorough break down of the process, and each of the fees associated- and even advise on what I can do for free through the dealership first, to save some money with them so they don’t have to charge me! I’m sure most other places would be happy to up charge anywhere they can. It really shows how they value the customer, and saving the customer as much money as possible.

I had to wait a couple of days for my key fob to be ordered in, but no big deal. Again, they could have just come out no questions asked, got the key and charged me- only to tell me they don’t have the fob and they would need to come back out for that and charge another programming fee, but Gabe informed me of the special order needed, and I had the option to get both services done under one programming fee, so thank you!

Lastly, they were flexible and accommodating. John came to my home where my car was to make the key while I was at work. Then he waited for me at the store to come pick up my new key, and stayed 40 minutes past close just so I could get my keys that same day! I highly recommend these guys

I never could find anyone at Walmart to help with keys, but I used to just use the machine myself and it worked great. This Minute Key thing is a joke. Something like 25 minutes to do 2 keys. One kept failing over and over, said it wasn’t supported, so I did the other first. Figured I’d try the other again, and on a whim I figured I’d try holding the key in (putting pressure on it) and yep…worked fine. Sometimes automation is good, but when it makes the experience WORSE for a customer… not sure that makes any sense.

Man, words cannot explain how great my experience was with Colby from Extra Locksmith.

This man spent several hours getting me a replacement key after I unfortunately lost mine. Not only that, but he came back to rekey the blade due to a slight misfit in the key.

I was quoted over $1000 by the dealership and a few other locksmiths and Colby only charged me $525. Nearly 50% the cost of everyone else!

With how many scammers and sketchy locksmiths there are in the industry, I highly, highly recommend using Colby and his team. They were honest with their pricing quotes, extremely diligent in their work, and prioritized customer service more than I could have ever expected.

You would be stupid to go with any other locksmith in the valley other than Extra Locksmith.

Mike came out, after hours, was priced better than anyone else and performed an enormous amount of work. I’m a grateful for how honest and attentive he was. As you can see from the photo this was no small task. Thanks again

I cannot speak highly enough about Park City Lock and Key! I brought in an old key fob to have cut and programmed as a spare for my truck. I wasn’t sure if it would be able to connect with the vehicle. After trying a couple of times they couldn’t get the vehicle to accept the new key. They never gave up! Another employee came with a different programmer and, Bam! We are up and running! They have a new forever Customer!

These guys can cut any key or answer any question. Love going in there and saying ok I’ve got a hard one for you and he goes, “ha, that’s an easy one, we’ve got it!”

They’re less money than Home Depot and have every key! Save yourself the hassle and go see these guys!

Definitely great communication! I ordered my Volkswagen Jetta key fob September 8 and arrived on September 23. pretty much the two weeks that I was promised it would arrive. Audrey answered all my questions and concerns that I might have with making the second key to the vehicle also his supervisor Chad also followed up with me to make sure all my questions and answers were addressed.. I had the key fob made for half the price at Glen Keys examples Young Volkswagen quote $535 and Strong Volkswagen quoted me $595 double the price that Glen Keys charge me for same key fob. I got the key made for $297 the dealerships wanted almost $600. if you need a second key or need a replacement key for any of your vehicles give Glen keys a call. They can even come to your home. One reason I found out about Glen keys is they’re courteous drivers and a Glen key van was driving next to me in South Ogden on Highway 89 and I was able to take a picture of the great advertisement on their vehicles.

Just called. The guy who answered the phone was very rude, wouldn’t answer my questions, and yelled at me demanding my address so he could transfer me to someone else. I just hung up. I’m calling another company. All I did was ask if they could program FOBs, and how much it would cost. He didn’t need to yell demanding my address.
