Updated review: There are TWO machines in the store. One is self serve, and has little selection. But the one on the Hardware isle has excellent selection. You will need an associate to assist you with that one.

Previous review:
The machine was simple to use, but the selection of keys available was terrible. I ended up just cancelling and going to a locksmith shop.

The key we finally were able to make works perfectly, but so many options like clicking on some of the lower priced keys, buying 3 keys for the price of 2, and using a credit card didn’t work, although the machine indicated all options were available. We almost quit trying thinking the machine was broken because nothing happened despite several selections.
