We had an amazing experience! The couple that came out and helped were so sweet and helpful. We accidentally locked our keys out of our truck. They arrived quickly, and got the truck unlocked in no time! They were very informative about other questions we had. Will def go to them again if we have any other problems while staying here! thanks again!

Shawn was excellent to work with! We needed keys made quickly for our business, and he was able to come out in a timely manner. His pricing was very reasonable, and he worked quietly and efficiently, which was greatly appreciated since we had clients present. I can’t say enough great things about JAY’S 24 HOUR Locksmith. Jay went above and beyond to help me out of a bad situation.

I was driving a UHual moving truck and had stopped in Wellington for gas when the key to the truck suddenly stopped working. Jay quickly figured out that it was due to the key no longer communicating with the anti-theft device in the truck.

He then made up a new set of keys and got me back on the road.

It was late in the day and there was a point in the process where he could have abandoned the job and left me to the mercy of UHual roadside assistance, but he didn’t do that. He went above and beyond to make sure I didn’t end up stranded, and I’m immensely grateful for that.

He was extremely knowledgeable and also very friendly. I’m really glad to have met him.

Went to get key cut and try to get fobs programmed, however the vehicle seemed to have some issues. Both employees who helped me were very courteous and went the extra mile, in addition, the key I had cut turned out not to be useful.Because of the programming issue , and I was not charged for anything. More than fair I’d say.
