Wish I had read the reviews first. The only positive things I can say are, they did answer the phone and they did get my house unlocked. But charging $275 to drill a hole through a deadbolt plus an additional service call is not reasonable in any sense of the word.

Lesson learned. I would recommend calling any other locksmith before you call here.

Man, words cannot explain how great my experience was with Colby from Extra Locksmith.

This man spent several hours getting me a replacement key after I unfortunately lost mine. Not only that, but he came back to rekey the blade due to a slight misfit in the key.

I was quoted over $1000 by the dealership and a few other locksmiths and Colby only charged me $525. Nearly 50% the cost of everyone else!

With how many scammers and sketchy locksmiths there are in the industry, I highly, highly recommend using Colby and his team. They were honest with their pricing quotes, extremely diligent in their work, and prioritized customer service more than I could have ever expected.

You would be stupid to go with any other locksmith in the valley other than Extra Locksmith.

Actual locksmiths aren’t allowed to post their services anywhere other than their actual address where their business license is registered, so why can these spam listings get away with it?

Very happy with the service received, these guys are honest, with more than reasonable prices.

At time of calling for a quote they gave a thorough break down of the process, and each of the fees associated- and even advise on what I can do for free through the dealership first, to save some money with them so they don’t have to charge me! I’m sure most other places would be happy to up charge anywhere they can. It really shows how they value the customer, and saving the customer as much money as possible.

I had to wait a couple of days for my key fob to be ordered in, but no big deal. Again, they could have just come out no questions asked, got the key and charged me- only to tell me they don’t have the fob and they would need to come back out for that and charge another programming fee, but Gabe informed me of the special order needed, and I had the option to get both services done under one programming fee, so thank you!

Lastly, they were flexible and accommodating. John came to my home where my car was to make the key while I was at work. Then he waited for me at the store to come pick up my new key, and stayed 40 minutes past close just so I could get my keys that same day! I highly recommend these guys

Russ was so great! He came by and helped guide me on how to install a new set of door handles. He was kind and responded right away to my multiple messages about the install. Definitely recommend!

I had called on a Sunday saying I need an issue resolved by Monday evening and asked for availability. I was told the locksmith could be there in 30 min. The gentleman was nice and resolved my issue but the whole situation made me regret using this company and I will never recommend. The locksmith showed up in an unmarked vehicle. He had to saw off a broken doorknob to get into the door and replaced the knob and deadbolt. His saw was not charged and progress was delayed while he was charging. The issue WAS resolved and he was polite BUT for an hour and 15 minutes it was $850!!!!! At NO TIME did any extra charges get communicated. When I asked for an itemized receipt to explain the charges I got a receipt that just listed the total. He was also unable to accept a credit or debit card payment and required Cash App or Venmo. I don’t blame the technician but I feel this whole experience to be incredibly unprofessional not to mention ABSOLUTELY ridiculously overpriced. I 100% DO NOT recommend this business. Use someone else and don’t even call them as a last resort.

Mike came out, after hours, was priced better than anyone else and performed an enormous amount of work. I’m a grateful for how honest and attentive he was. As you can see from the photo this was no small task. Thanks again
